Burger King is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are attractive. You may pay your attention to the pretty atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

This restaurant is outdated and lacks a warm welcoming atmosphere. The decor, if any, is from the 80's to 90's. The neon around the inside of the restaurant is not working or they do not turn on maybe to try and safe energy. The florescent lighting in the dining room had many burnt out bulbs. No music plays in the dining room, so you hear everything that is going on with the staff. I don't see how the health department has not cited this location for back of house operations. The kitchen areas where the staff works only has a few lights in the far back that lights up enough for the crew to see what they are doing. This is a violation of health code. They need an inspection to correct these violations. I have worked in food service for over 30 years, and this would never be acceptable from any health department. The outside lot needs to be striped so vehicles know where to park in correct lanes. Garbage is full in the receptacle by the front door. Not a welcoming message for people visiting. Very disappointed with their service. Brought a group in and the ordering process took way too long because the cashier kept disappearing. Took about an hour for everyone to get their food. Was hoping for fast food but it was anything but. No discount or free food for the inconvenience. The staff look lost and confused. Will not be taking a group there ever again. Burger King is a dying chain and with the horrible service and poorly made food there is no wondering why idid mobile order and for some reason they kept saying my name and laughing. there was a piece of paper sayinga large cup is .59 cents and if you wanted water it s full price like comes n you are already charging for a cup why try and scam for water. The staff is always top notch and extremely friendly. I will never go to a different Burger King. I go there every few weeks and they never mess up my orders, their cookies are always perfectly warm, and the veggies are extremely fresh and crisp! Yummy! What a experience. These guys were fast friendly and the food was hot fresh nice warm bun too just a really good experience here. The manager lady is very kind and was training it looked like and she seemed to be a manager I would want to work for. Good job guys. And thank you again. I just went through the drive thru. It was fast and accurate, but I have to give a shout out to the woman working the window. She was VERY friendly, full of smiles and made my morning. We ABSOLUTELY need more people in the world like her! I wish I caught her name so that I could tell you here. The food is fine for what it is, but the day manager (older guy) was busy chatting with a customer during lunch rush with a line.
