They throw fits over sauces, act like it’s coming out of their paycheck. Shut the place down. 20 dollars doesn’t get you more than two sauces and can’t even get two different ones! Drive through associate great! Food NOT! Burger dry, fries cold, jalapeños popper cold, and look that this pic of the mozzarella sticks! Should have gone to McDonald’s!

had a coupon that was delivered to my mailbox , i already knew that coupon codes should be given at the speaker before ordering and NOT at the window and that’s what i did i gave the coupon at the speaker. I drive up to the window to a not so friendly older lady. She proceeds to overcharge me for the meal so i ask her “ isn’t it suppose to be 7.99 with the coupon “ she responds back very rudely “ you never said anything about a coupon , what’s the number” i try to avoid conflict and never argue with the people handling my food so i just handed her the coupon. That’s not even the part that rubbed me the wrong way it’s after i received my food she said “ you people always do this” under her breath. mind you i am black/latina. What the hell is “you people” suppose to mean. I did my part and told you at the speaker it’s not my fault it didn’t get typed in 🤦‍♀️ , be rude to me idc! but being racist is a whole other level! It's close to my work but I have very rarely gone there because the way it's set up is ridiculous. After getting your food at the drive thru you have to just leave. You can't park in their lot to eat unless you actually take a left out of the drive thru onto busy Main Street to pull back into their parking lot. It makes no sense! I take it as a "take your food and get the F out of here!' And they're slow. I won't be going back! It's fine, McDonald's is across the street and I can actually park in their lot to eat, with no hassle.

Ordered online tonight at 10:30 got two sandwiches 16 CHICKEN NUGGETS 8 pc jalapeño bites and fries selected 4 sauces for the nuggets and they weren’t even in the bag. the front was closed knocked on the front window the lady with blue short hair was at the drink station heard me knocking and looked at me and also pointed at me talking to the other workers and a guy looked at me and they didn’t even come out to see what I needed. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY SAUCES. These people really love nuggets with no sauce come here all the time and there’s no sauce with my nuggets. if the manager sees this please tell your workers to put the sauces in the bag. who eats chicken nuggets with no sauce ?????
