Found Metal Scrub inside my burger. I told one of the employees about the situation and showed her the piece of metal scrub in the burger. I told her to tell the manager. The manager never came to the table. I never got a refund or even changed my meal. I had to go the the register to go and talk to her. She only said sorry and i was eating with my 3 year old thank god this was not in his burger. This was in the BK that's close to Divos on road 172.This Happened today aug 17 2019.The manager was a lady and I did not get her name. She told me she had informed her supervisor. And told me the metal scrub came from the one they use to clean the grills. And she said I'm sorry.

Its.Bk nothing else it gets a bit.slow.in line.but it has good parking and drive tru fast but it will get sometimes slow due to demand of to many customers due at budget combos they offer clean inside nice ac no to cold

EXCELLENT! Best Fast Food you could ever eat. Honestly BETTER and CHEAPER than McDonalds. Ohhhhh very important. They give you what you ordered. I hardly have problems with my orders. So far what I ask is what I get.

At the moment they were making some remodelations and even though the workers tried their best to keep the dust away, the air felt a little bit dusty.
