It has very nice staff, ok service, clean. But the drive thru sometimes misses some item from your order. I wasn’t given 2 apple pies, so I notice at home. Called BK and was told to go back and get them. So I went the next day and was told there wasn’t a note about the incident, so was denied the apple pies. My lost I guess, wow I am a 62 year old serious lady, you think I would make up a thing like that $4 lost. Ok you lost a customer.

From the moment we came in the lady was yelling and barley let us talk, not only that slammed the window in are face with a ugly face

Employees were great. But one incident made experience terrible. An employee was spraying an industrial cleaning product outside during eating hours. The smell entered the restaurant and damaged the experience of taste in food. I spoke to manager who did nothing to stop the process. Just discarded me. I will submit formal complaint.
