It started when I first walked in with the attitude from the guy at the register after that we sat down and started eating and that's what I noticed my wife sandwich the pork sausage wasn't cooked all the way I took it to exchange it for another one but they made me feel like somehow I uncooked it so keep an eye on your food Make sure that it's cooked all the way Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. Apparently there was an issue with the ice cream machine but he quickly offered a slightly different alternative that was just as good! We have all had plenty of experiences (looking at you ronald mcdonald) where the employees just say "oh ice cream machines broke order something else" but that is not the vibe at this burger king! They were all working hard and focusing on their customers but definitely needed to shout out Jose in particular!! Hopefully a promotion or raise is in his near future because people like that deserve it! Service: 5
