By now if the owers dont know its the workers that is making this thr worst buger king in history they will never learn. Go5 oldest nugget and french fries I have ever gotten from a bugger king. My big king burger at the smallest bacon ever severd on a buger. I got a 8 piece nuggets that looked like it been sitting under the heat lamp for hours same with the fries. So much for my $15 spend to at this biger king. They should just close down if they don't want to sever their customers what they paid for. Also there is a Truck full of there family members parked there getting free food from the workers how do I know you say it's the same truck full of people sitting as I drive home everyday. Opens at 6:00am. I pulled into the drive thru at 6:10am. No response in drive thru. I pull around and a woman manager gets lippy and says she's sorry but her opener called in and why didn't I see her vehicle pull into the lot. She said I need to be more patient. I said ok, well I'll pull around again and place my order. I do so, and she asks me to come directly to the 2nd window, I do. She then says, well it's going to be at least 20 minutes, so I left. There has to be more than just this experience adding up to the profoundly low ratings at this location. If this is a consistent issue it is no wonder there are so few Burger King locations still in operation. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The reliability of the crew can be spotty at times on eggshells they're open on time or not, but they do their job well. The food is always great and fresh, they really don't like to prep ahead like other joints. They like to make food to order, which makes the wait time a little longer but worth it. They're all super friendly when you get to know them, they'll even talk to you at the window while you're waiting if there's little to no line. Came here with my mom and little brother and ordered 8 pieces of nuggets, a whopper meal, a big fish, and a 6 piece kids meal. All of these items came out fresh and hot. It was certainly worth the wait and the staff was so friendly too. The cashier was very friendly and funny and the people in the kitchen were very friendly and quick. If you get someone who seems like manager they couldn't be any better at delivering fast, accurate orders. The rest of the time they seem to have NO idea what they are doing. I was told to pull ahead and park at the drive-thru, handed the wrong order multiple times, asked my order multiple times, 25 minutes later they brought out my 3 items. I guess you get what you pay for being one of the cheapest fast foods out there. I've had inaccurate orders, undercooked chicken. Order at your own risk. Requested heavy mayo and heavy tomato, receieved very little of each. Heard cashier at window specifically ask cooks if they had both and heard a response of yes so didn't check until out of the area. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. Service was very slow and lines were getting backed up. Attempted to go here for breakfast before work on several occasions and discovered that nobody was working (hours were correct and posted - assume people just didn't show for work). Poorly managed, bad service and bad food quality, wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not return again.

Horrible experience. I couldn’t use my coupon because I didn’t say I had a coupon when ordering ay the drive thru. And the lady said she was too busy to void the entire order and re-enter it since she was working the window and the diner register. To top it off, they missed my chicken fries. So not only was my coupon not accepted, but I didn’t get my entire order. Came in around 7:30pm on 5/6/23. Employee took my partners order and messed up on the register so the Hispanic manager got upset at us because the employee messed up and manager stated she wasn’t gonna charge us, Ok great. Also I made a separate order for myself and same employee took my order, I told him I wanted the 2 for 8 chicken sandwich and instead rung up 1 sandwich for $4.99 so I told him I wanted the 2 for 8 not just one sandwich so he brought the Hispanic manager over again and she got mad at us because he messed up again, how ridiculous of this lady. After we were done I wanted zesty sauce, and the Hispanic lady got smart with “Oh, we have to charge you it’s gonna be 25 cents.” Not ordering here again, the one in Brooklyn park has better service.
