We ordered a medium and a large meal. The large fry is only half full to where the medium fry has more. I am disappointed in cutting the customer for profit.

This Burger King is a joke!! Do urself a favor an don’t come her, when I asked for my order to be corrected she said I’d have to drive back around threw the drive thru b/c they can’t take food orders at the window!! Like really u screwed up why can’t u just fix it right here? She refused!

Ordered 2 number 7 value meals plain (spicy chicken). Took over 20 minutes for them to stop playing around and actually cook the food. When we got our food it was so overcooked that it wasn't edible. The sandwiches were ordered plain and still came with a gallon of mayo. The spicy sauce was not used at all. The French fries tasted as if they were reheated allday. We had to throw away the food it was not edible. Now after a week, customer service sent an email offering a coupon for $5 off. Not sure when that was enough to buy a meal but surely isn't even gonna replace a drink and a French fry let alone the meals your staff ruined while playing games around the store. I have asked 3 times now to speak with the owner or whoever handles customer issues and I'm told they are private owned and do not care about the issue. Everyone support the local businesses, but when someone complains they refuse to acknowledge it.

Customer service was great, I went through the drive thru & the gentleman that took my order was very polite, courteous, professional, when I got to the window to pay, the dude was a highschool kid. I was impressed! 'he ruled' ! Food was hot. I don't go to fast food places too often because of attitudes & food not fresh. If you prefer Burger King, & I do, you'll want to go to the one in Baden.

Terrible again! Why do I do this to myself? Stopped in at approximately 8 pm Monday night. And it was all kids, acting like kids. I was asked to park and wait and while they played inside, I think they forgot my order. Terrible experience
