Went here a week ago. Love this fast food! It’s my ultimate favorite hamburger 🍔 place to eat, compared to any others in my opinion. I always can finish eating the hamburger. I always get great service at the drive through service area. They always carry cherry coke, which I love. If zero stars were possible I would not have given any. For a fast food place the prices were very high, service was a joke, food wasn't good, and no atmosphere whatsoever. I will not stop there again in my life. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I enjoy eating Burger King but not at this particular restaurant. The food is not very fresh. Every time I go there the fries are always cold. I found a hair in my whopper and called the manager about it and they were very unresponsive and did not care. True employees seem very careless and customer service isn’t important at all. The place is not very clean either. I’m an ex employee and I remember seeing workers pick tater tots and fries where they keep all the cooked fries. I do not recommend eating here. Keeping in mind that BK is a fast food place with both dine in, drive through and Uber eats all as options, it's one of my favorite "go too's" when I find myself in town and hungry. Can't beat flame broiled fast food. Do you Rule? Or do I? We both Rule at Burger King. Pretty good food if you are in a rush and would luke to eat and the staff are friendly. I rate it a 4 out of 5 though because when we ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese, it was pretty cold. Overall the place is good :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Stopped by this morning on our way to the coast. Husband ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat. The woman who took our order confirmed no meat. Unfortunately it had sausage so we had to go back. Going back to have it remade is annoying, but whatever. Accidents happen. What earned the low rating / review is the attitude of the manager (supervisor?) when I went back to have it remade. I was friendly, just explained what happened and asked to have it remade. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience and DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE my inconvenience from having to go back and go inside (if I'd wanted to get out of my car, I'd not have chosen the drive through in the first place). Word of advice Burger King Manager (Supervisor?) ... If your workers mess up someone's order, it's customary to say "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." Or even just "I'm sorry." Like that's all it takes. Just acknowledge it and don't treat the customer like they're ruining your day because they want what they paid for. K? K. 👌🏻 Awful customer service. Won't be back. It's 6:40 and I guess I'm heading to McDonald's. Business hours on the door say 6am (see photo). From the other reviews here I wouldn't be surprised if this place went the way of the Sonics.
