Ordered online. Order was incorrect. This is not a bacon double cheeseburger. But given the state of this disgusting piece of $#!% I wouldn't have wanted it anyways. Pure disgusting and a disgrace to the food industry. How can a legacy store called Burger King pass this off as food. This wouldn't even be accepted at homeless shelter. Anyone associated with this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. And furthermore anyone who knowingly continues to support this trash should be as well. Every single time I've dealt with this place it has been garbage. My girlfriend is the only reason I do. And after this debacle that she paid for, she finally has gotten the message. This place is garbage and needs new management or needs to be shut down. I've seen better food thrown into dumpsters. Not to mention laughable service at best. Have never been satisfied at this location. Stay Away. Unless you hate yourself and your country, go ahead and support this fraudulent excuse for a fast food restaurant, let alone the ONLY representative of the BURGER KING name in the city. What was served to me wouldn't pass as a burger. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

for the first time going to Burger King in Maricopa and I’ve been in this town for 10 years. I was too lazy to go across the way to get an order of fries. I asked the girl what she suggest and she said the chicken Junior sandwich🧐😬🙄🤯. a bite and then I told my daughter to taste a bite of this horrible sandwich. This was the first in my last time ever going to Burger King within Maricopa. this was the driest thinnest, non-existent piece of chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life.🤷🏾‍♀️ Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes French Fries

Went through the drive thru and ordered two double whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies. Drove all the way home and noticed they didn’t give us the pies. Called and spoke to some rude woman claiming to be the manager. I explained the situation and that by the time I drive back to the BK and back home my food was going to be cold. She said that she could offer two new whoppers, I told her I didn’t order whoppers but two double whoppers. By this time I was already in my car driving back. She argued with me going back and forth on that since I already have two double whoppers she could only offer two regular whoppers unless I bring the whole order back. I guess that extra patty was just too much for her. So if I ordered two whoppers would she have then offered me two JR whoppers? I brought the whole order back and asked for a refund instead and she just took the entire order and threw it into the garbage. That’s where her career is headed if things don’t change. The Maricopa Burger King is continuously failing its customers. I have repeatedly witnessed unorganized and delayed service. They are slowly cooking and dropping bags on the floor, picking up, and continuing to bag food in bags from floor. Avoid this location in Maricopa! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful. Horrendous incompetence. Burger King has always been my favorite fast food place. I was so excited when one was finally built in Maricopa. Unfortunately the Burger King on John Wayne is absolutely horrible and I blame the staff & the way it is run 100%. You will wait an exceptionally long time in line, for over priced food that is not even hot, only to look in the bag and see the staff gave you the wrong order with no sign of any condiments that you requested for more than once: Food is rarely hot, there are TWO drive-thru lanes with only ONE taking orders at a time, the wait is longer than any other fast food place even when you are next in line, staff can be seen standing around talking while customers are filling up lines not getting service, and above all THEY JUST CAN NOT GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT. I am an extraordinarily chill person, the last to ever complain/make an issue & I have unbelievable sympathy for the service industry but OMG I've been there 4 times in the past 6 weeks (trying to give this place another chance after 3 years of not going after so much terrible service) They handed me someone else's order (even after I repeated to the worker behind the counter exactly what I ordered) took them 3 minutes of me waving to the window until they realized & gave me my correct order (which was cold). I asked the employee (who looked half asleep because at this place all of the workers couldn't care less) for salt & bbq but never got it (i rarely do & when they actually do remember they'll throw sugar or ketchup in the bag instead) I have had pretty much this exact same experience EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to get food here. (And all I ever order is a classic cheeseburger, fries, & shake) Please do better. I know it's possible Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thought I'd give the place a second chance from the first time. Not sure when they close but I guess they close down their dryers around 845pm on a Friday night so be prepared for shortened menu. Straw that broke the camel's back, won't be going back to Maricopa location. Probably healthier decision Price per person $10–20

I had always like BK but over my last 4 or 5 visits during the past year, the quality has gotten to the point where I'm not going to bother anymore. Example; I order either a whopper with cheese or a double cheeseburger. They just throw a cold slice of cheese and don't even bother to heat or melt it. Doesn't matter time of day, burger and cheese always cold. At least throw it in a microwave for 30 seconds. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 3

Manager on shift named Angela should be demoted. Yelling at her DT to stop taking orders from the back is unacceptable. Maybe they should hire older managers who can actually delegate. Waited a very long time that I decided to get a refund. Angela refused to come talk to me at the registers. No wonder everyone talks bad about this specific BK. Went through drive-thru and ordered no. 2 double whopper meal only to get all the way home to find a single patty and they charged me for a double smh. It’s sad that you still have to check your food before leaving even when ordering the simplest thing on the menu. Guess that’s my fault. Had to drive all the way back for them to correct my order and couldn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience due to employees not being able to follow simple instructions.
