While at the West Gardiner plaza my experience with the girl at the counter: was very rude and sarcastic towards other customers as well as myself. Asking customers if the want their food raw or cooked? Now I have been in the food industry off and on most of my life along with retail. That is ABSOLUTELY no way to A. Talk infront of customer and B. To Talk to a customer! BK you guys need to do BETTER! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Always busy due to being an I-95/I-295 rest stop. Don't waste your time coming here, it's really not worth it. Paid $10 for an order that normally costs me $5. If on I-295, get off at the exit before this one, skip the toll, and follow 201 down to McDonald's. If on I-95, wait a few more miles until exit 109 and get off there to go to the Augusta location. If for some ungodly reason you HAVE to go here (the rest stop in general, not just BK) get Dunkin' and NOTHING ELSE. The Dunkin' has new signage and follows nationwide pricing. Last weekend, we reached the service plaza in the late evening hours. This was the only shop opened at that time. The Guy in the counter was very very polite.. He was even allowing us to use the microwave in the shop to heat our own food. We have not used the microwave that’s a different story. Another point to mention is the folger’s coffee. We have been using this coffee brand for years. So we felt like having it at home.. only thing we missed was the regular sugar (only sugar free options were available at that time). Even the person on the counter went and searched for any alternatives for us and finally he was apologizing multiple times for not having a regular sugar.. I am giving this rating only for that wonderful human being!!!

The Burger King in the west Gardner service plaza does not want to deal with customers that are paying cash or need to order with a person due to allergies or special requests that are using a card. Kiosks are not programmed to deal with these issues. If everyone is forced to use them instead of dealing with a person. The customer could ended with something that could kill them. Service: 1
Advertising 24 hours on google but when you get there it’s really 10:30 am - 11pm
Burger King was one of two burger options for the travel plaza, and having dietary restrictions, BK was easier to work around than the other. The cashier was very helpful with the kiosk - since that was the only way to order and use a credit card. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I met a true angel at this burger king tonight! She delivered me life saving food at this ungodly hour. Blessings Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They don't accept any coupons or App-promotions. i didn't receive my food with the customizations i asked for. Crew members are nice and area was clean and all in stock. Check your order before you leave. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I came in at around 4:15am with my road weary cranky son. He wanted to look at the fans in the travel center. My son is autistic and ceiling fans and french fries being together in the same place is like Disneyland for him. So we walk up to the counter and are happily greeted by Shane then we order fries which are not available at this time as it is breakfast and I settle for hash browns. When the hash browns are given to us my son sees in the bag and loses it. I mean full meltdown, he doesn’t understand why somewhere that always has fries doesn’t have them now. Shane pops up like a superhero and says “would you like some fries?” And goes out of his way to make a single order for my boy. Now I know he’s not supposed to do that, he did it anyway. He was also very calming to Will (my son) he spoke directly to him as an equal and brought him back to “normal”. This kind of person is rare and wonderful, and I thank him very much. I hope BK knows how great an employee they have there. I’ll definitely be stopping there on all my trips and will recommend the stop to my friends and family.
