Workers don’t look happy at all, seen commotion the other day that looked bad on the restaurant. Our group walked out after and heard the whole thing with the cop n ppl. Food is okay, but not the best quality. The dark short hair guy is usually nice and gives good service compared to everyone else. The place doesn’t give happy vibes most of the time. Was told to leave very rudely when they could’ve said “I’m sorry but you can’t play in the play place without purchasing from our restaurant” unlike the way this blonde bigger lady told us to leave. I spent a good $400-600 here a year but we won’t be back. They told us since we didn’t buy from them we couldn’t come to play. We used our loyalty points to get stuff n we won’t be back. Not worth it I could imagine how she treats staff compared to how she treats customers. Very unprofessional. Then when we came back in with food purchased from their store she had someone come back here n check that out food wasn’t McDonald’s n that we actually bought food from Burger King to be here granted it was our points n not our money. She called the cops on us after my husband flipped her off after the rude talk, sending someone to check our bags for Burger King which we bought, and the dirty looks through the window. The place was clean, the people were nice. We tried the new Melts meals and they were ok, I had the Mushroom Swiss one and when I got to the part with the mushrooms it was ok but the rest was was dry. I went in today for lunch with my husband, and my sandwich was I had to take it back. The new one was a mess, and it had mold on the bread. I didn't get an apology or anything like one. They did refund the money for my Neil. I will never go to that Burger King again, very rude people who had no remorse about what I was going through. Absolutely horrible experience. Went to get a bite to eat sat at the window for over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, then was told to wait around front. Another 20 minutes go by and by the time I get to sit down and eat they're closed and literally EVERYTHING was wrong. Being allergic to cheese and stating plainly that i did not want it and it comes out so covered i cant even see a patty, There was no excuse for this as there were only 2 other customers there would NOT recommend Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru for the $5 your way meal. One cashier charged me $5.35 , but 3 days later same meal $5.67. I am confused. Food was good. Consistently the same as you'd expect from BK. Fries were hot and crisp. No combines other than the different charges. Food: 4 Service: 4
