I made quite a big order via the automatic system. The order included meals for me, my husband and our two children. It took a long time before our order was completed (but at that point I wasn’t unhappy at all - there was a children’s birthday party so I completely understand that the employees were very busy). When we received our order we discovered few items missing (children’s menu toys and all beverages). I’m not a Portuguese native speaker so I tried to communicate with the employees in English. Their reaction was very cold and arrogant, but I managed to find one employee who was able to speak English with me. I received all the missing items but the communication with me, as a customer, was nothing but sad. It truly wasn’t my fault that I haven’t received half of my order. And despite my positive approach and understanding the behavior of the stuff was simply unprofessional and arrogant. A customer definitely shouldn’t feel guilty for expressing something is not OK. It was just overall unpleasant experience for me. But to be fair, there was one employee, who served us ice cream in the end of our visit, who behaved nicely and politely. The drive in only was open. We left the car on the parking but the man refused to take our order so had to pack all my kids into the car again order pay and wait for the food get out of the car to sit and eat. Even in holy blessed places like Fatima you will find the culinaric amenities of Burger King. Nice drive in placed at the hearth of Fatima. I ve got a classic double Whopper meal and a crispy chicken burger. Staff was very good in English and service orientated. One of the tidiest and clean burger King branch in Portugal which deserves a extra point. Unfortunately da Classic BBQ Whisky Burger are out of the Program

Waited 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. The burger looked like it had been sitting there for 3 days. All dry, all smached and screwed up... The fries where good. The burger itself was so terribly bad I did not eat it the taste was sooo bad. Might as well just go to the Mac Donalds that is 3 min by foot from there Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
