We love going to Burger Fuel for a special treat. Lovely clean store, always great service, really nice in the evenings with pretty lighting and sunny in the afternoon. Good, fast food but way better than the usual burger joints. A bit more spendy but well worth it. Loads of parking spaces too. Excellent burgers and fries. Very quick and friendly service especiallyright at dinner time on a holiday. My burger came with onion rings which I don't care for but hubby was very happy to accommodate. Only reason for less than all 5 star is the music a bit too loud with a lot of beat but that's personal opinion. 7 staff. It took 4 to hold up the counter and only 3 worked as I waited for my on line order. To be fair if you are not busy you should be cleaning the front counter. It is after all what is seen when you 1st walk in. A staff training sign on the counter. I wouldn't be impressed if my staff we being trained and paid to gossip. I arrived at the time given to collect my order and left 20minutes later when it was actually ready. 1st time going and wasn't an overly pleasant experience. Service was friendly, food was fresh and well made. In fact this visit has restored my faith in Burger Fuel after a couple of less than awesome experiences in Auckland and Hamilton recently. Blonde girl (I think her name was Rosie) she was so lovely to talk to and such a nice person to have around which made for a great atmosphere. She made our food and it was delicious, she even smiled at us every time she walked past. Was a great experience, would definitely recommend! Service Dine in

Stopped in for a break, enjoyed the Morning Joe thickshake & spuds. Had an interesting time watching some clown berate the staff for something he didn't like about a condiment. He rejected their apologies, noted it wasn't their fault and then got louder and louder at them. Certainly entertaining. The staff did all the right things customer service wise so credit to them. The staff were totally overwhelmed by the amount of customers. I was told it would take 30 minutes, it was over an hour to get 1 burger and fries. There appeared to be not enough staff. Came in at 5.30pm for takeaway and we left at 6.13. We waited 45 minutes for a couple of combos. Things we asked to be left out of our burgers were just ignored also, rending one of them unedible due to allergies. Very disappointed in this visit.
