We had just come here the once for holiday and we had AMAZING service from EMILY. She was very friendly and gave us other options to put on our burger to replace the stuff we didn't want. Hands down to the amazing team at this store, feel welcomed and greeted while at the store. We bought 3 burgers and sides, got to our hotel and found only 2 burgers and rang the store. The lovely staff came to drop it off with some complimentary drinks! Appreciate it very much. No wonder this place won so many awards! Dined in while travelling for work. Cleanlines inside kitchen, restaurant and outside sets it apart from competitors. Interested and friendly people working there made any questions around allergies a breeze. Finished food products look better in real life than on the poster! All the staff were very friendly, Shy did a amazing job at making our burgers 10/10. Ash is very lovely and gives exceptional service and goes above and beyond for her customers. Best place to eat out either alone or with family, absolutely adore this place everyone makes you feel so welcome and puts a smile on your face without even trying! Anna is amazing! I was tired and hungry, and her pleasant and friendly conversation cheered me up. She was observant and always busy doing something but not too busy for customers. I used to work in retail and a staff member like that is a rare gem! No she did not pay me to say this and yes I did call her aside and tell her she was wonderful! Very fresh, crisp and tasty meal. I also liked the idea of the card encouraging people to leave a review but want to say... Do it without swearing. Surely you can come up with a creative way to put your point across without that?
