This place has become like family to us because we’ve loved bringing our kids here since they were *literal* babies. The environment is always clean and stimulating, with lovely updates from year to year. At home bunny visits have become a tradition since their conception during the early years of 2020. We’ve booked parties with BusyKids and they have always been willing to work with us in planning the perfect event. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you have kiddos!

Thank you for wonderful experience BUT definitely NEED IMPROVEMENTS COFFEE SHOP IS STILL CLOSE. We’re excited to try out this place since it’s kids friendly and for parents a coffee shop. And reading some previous reviews is having the same issue. SELLING INDOOR PLANT & TOYS 👍🏻 CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍🏻 The place is nice to try to connect your kids to other kids and toddlers. Also with parents. TOYS ARE FROM either donation or Goodwill. The toys are somewhat organized but definitely not new and updated. Although they have fully functional piano and music instruments. They should have a PROGRAM that if you donate decent and functional toys you get a discount or at least a nice warm cup of coffee. SANITATION INSIDE PLAYING AREA. Not that good since they only have sanitation pump outside before entering the play area. Could be more sanitize if they have each play room a wipes or alcohol pump.

I had such an amazing experience planning my 1 yr old's birthday party with BusyKids, it was a blast. Kids were so entertained and parents got some time to relax, chat and catch up with others too. The party decorations were super professional and pleasing. Special shout out to 'Colette'.. She was phenomenal and so eager to address all our concerns and request. She went above and beyond to make out party a success and now my friends want to celebrate their kids birthday with the BusyKids too.. yay... Thank you Colette... Thank you BusyKids..

10/10 recommend and this coming from someone who throws a lot of parties and party plans! Colette and Amina were AMAZING! first off, Colette is so fast in her email responses and gets things done! When I walked up to our party room yesterday I was in awe! It looked absolutely awesome beyond what I had expected! I highly recommend adding the photographer to the package because then you’ll have some amazing pics of the kids playing/decor that you wouldn’t have been there for the moment otherwise! Thank you Colette for making my daughters ROAR INTO FOUR super fun!

A Truly Memorable Experience at BusyKids Folsom From the moment our daughter set foot in BusyKids Folsom, she knew her birthday celebration would be here! And we totally felt the same way too. And once we decided on it till the day of the event, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our event was catered to perfection. Their attention to detail, from the decor to the activities, left us truly impressed. The playplace itself is a delightful haven for children. It's evident that a lot of thought and effort has gone into designing an environment that's both safe and engaging. The vibrant colors, the array of play equipment, the different interactive play rooms and costumes kept the kids entertained for hours on end. More than just a place to play, it's a space that fosters creativity, imagination, and endless fun. But what truly set BusyKids Folsom apart for us was their unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional experience for their guests. Jessica, the business owner is the warmest person I've met! She was accessible and engaged with the day-to-day running of the business and even when we ran into an issue and asked to speak with someone, she was there to listen to us and work with us through it. Her professionalism and friendliness as well as that of her team made us feel right at home. In a world where customer service often falls by the wayside, BusyKids Folsom is a shining example of how it should be done. To the wonderful team here, thank you for making our daughter's 4th birthday an unforgettable one. We are immensely grateful for your support and hospitality. Came here for a birthday party my son was invited too. You better sign that waiver or else! I was asked 3-4 times if I signed the waiver before going in. I understand for safety purposes but it was a tad annoying. My son had a good time overall. The birthday party was a success for the birthday child. The employee cleaning up the toys wasn't the friendliest but it was early in the morning. I did not get any food but I saw someone who did. It looked dry and lack luster. May want to avoid. Would I go back? Maybe.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to Busy Kids on a few occasions and was excited to take my mother with my children for her to see it and spend time with her grandkids. If I would have know we would have been treated with so much disrespect and lack of empathy I would have never visited this business. Today around 1pm during our visit we were met with a very rude employee behind the counter. In the past I have visited and brought specific food for my children as one is autistic and both have allergies. This employee refused to let my family in because we had food and drinks for my children. She continued to give dirty looks as laugh and talked about us to what seemed to be a friend who had children there. I mentioned that my child had allergies and special needs and I was allowed to have food there before and she continued to be very rude with me and towards my children. I had special socks for my son with me but not on him yet and she continued to be rude after I said I had socks for him and would put them on. The atmosphere was not inclusive at all. The staff and many of the people there were very rude to my children as well as my mother and I. They claim to be very open to all children and needs and they are far from that. To make matters worse the friend the lady behind the counter was talking to at the beginning of our visit was sitting eating personal food from a cooler as we went to talk out and was chuckling and smiling at us knowing what her friend behind the counter had done to my family about food. This is the worst customer service I have had when it comes to place I have taken my children. I will make sure to let the people I had previously told about this establishment to not visit or hold their events at after this encounter. I wish I would have read more reviews before visiting as now I have seen other posts about them not being appropriate with children with special needs and other issues as well.

We LOVE the new location!!! So beautiful and fun! The workers were cleaning the entire time we were there. This spot is SO well-kept and welcoming. The look will make you feel relaxed, unlike most kid spots. NOTE, everyone needs socks.

So fun and so many things to do! Each little room has multiple self-serve activities and there are probably a dozen or more rooms. Lots of windows and doorways so it’s easy to find your kids. Bring socks!! (For the adults too!) Great place for a birthday party or just to get out of the heat. My ice chai was delicious.
