We sat and waited to order our food. I particularly asked the waiter to try and speed it up as we have 20 minutes - I started getting irritated after 30 minutes as food had not arrived. I walked to the kitchen to ask what the delay was, I then went back to my table to tell my family to wait 10 more minutes. I decided to go back to see how far they are only to catch this lady eating chips from my plate (disgusting) - I took my phone out silently to take a picture - when she realised she dropped the chip. Zoom in and you will see it. Super disgusting and unhygienic 😡😡 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Deep fried calamaris were just awful. Felt like they were deep fried ten times… they were all small and dry. Staff was rude and not really helpful, would not recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 100–150

It's a pity the staff aren't very attentive at this particular stop as it's located in a great spot in the airport and I think they'd have better reviews if they were. It's hard to get decent service at this place and the menu is quite pricy for just a 'grab-a-bite' kind of place. Not everybody traveling through the airport is loaded with cash and I think this place in particular needs to realize that and start treating people like people instead of ATM machines.

Food was okay. Service was okay. But my word, the place was FILTHY. We went to go sit outside. No one bothered to at least wipe the table. And the prices are astronomical. Don't bother. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What a pathetic place to eat, food was horrible cheese on cheeseburger was thicker than patty, burger was greasy. My chicken mayo tramazini was feta and bacon. Staff horrible, Food even worst. Unfortunately staff stand at entrance to show clients to table. After that one struggles to get them back to ur table to check if all is ok. Spent 2 hours and had to call our waitress 4 times. Sorry. Service Dine in Price per person R 500+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Unlike the other reviews that I have read so far the service was nice and the food wasn't so bad and it came out relatively quickly (~15 min). But to be fair we ordered food that we guessed would would be quite difficult to messup. The Mayo and chicken sandwich tasted alright but could have done with about 20% less mayo. The chicken wings had good flavor (piri-piri and BBQ) but we're quite small (see photo).
