We moved recently and while the switch over was easy I,ve had lots of issues with being connected to the internet. I consulted them and they said the problem should go away if we upgrade to the *premium* version so we did but since the its been non stop problems. I get home from a long day of work and cannot use the internet. I pkay games in my spare time but I cant even send Whatsapps most nights and when its just my celphone connected. When logging a ticket for help the just say I am using my bandwidth FOR JUST WHATSAPP.

Canceled my wifi aith c-way to move over to fibre but after a terrible experience with telkom and openserve I phoned them to reactivate my account, they gave me amazing service throughout the day and made sure everything was working and connected after hours, that wasn't needed. Went back to them because of the good customer service thwy offer and won't move again thank you so much
A pleasant and friendly visit met by an all smiling and helpful young lady. Looking for an alarm battery in the Teksa area can be a daunting experience but C-way managed to order the specific battery for me and had it available within 24 hours. Service excellence, keep up the great work:)

Been with C way for about 2years Internet is good. But customer service is below average. I am not getting assistance and was told that I am not the only customer. This to a paying customer means that they are supporting some more important paying or potential customer.

I experienced to many "slow" or "intermittent" internet speeds from my previous ISP's. C-Way's signal is fairly steady with proven uninterrupted service to their Clients. If they experience problems with the signal upstream, they inform all the Customers immediately by SMS or upfront when planned maintenance needs to be performed. An App on your phone gives a lot of info on your connection. This also ensure immediate communication to their 24/7 Technicians to rectify any signal related challenges you might experience No need to look at the "Big branded" ISP's. The prices are fair with month to month agreements. Upgrade or downgrade as your needs may require. You also get an E-mail address. What more do you need...?
I have probleme with c- way internet i never never had problems with them but now every second week the internet is of. If there is weather the internet is of cant do things then the internet is slow cant watch a movie then the it is slow. I have to say this is one of the worst internet i ever hade.

Super bad service, and rude customer service.
C-way make an effort to assist you. I think their internet packages are good value, although at times their reception is spotty. Their tech staff are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to assist you. They are even willing to answer your dumb questions and answer you patiently.
Phoned C-Way for more info on thier services they have to offer, the sales team was very friendly and proffessional ill definatly make use of them as soon as my contract ends with my current isp.
Terrible service since we have been on the wifi everyday our speed we have paid for has never been the right speed we struggle with the stability and we are lucky if our connection runs a day without being interrupted.
