Cachanilla Chinese restaurant is not just a neighborhood restaurant. It is a neighborhood gathering place that offers exceptionally great food. The food quality at Cachanilla is only exceeded by its service. Fresh ingredients enhance the authentic flavor of the entrées. Portions are extremely sharable. There are round tables with large lazy susans. Patrons can order different entrées among themselves and share with everyone seated. The price point is at the market for the neighborhood. We tried their house chow mein, fried rice, walnut shrimps, orange chicken and an eggplant dish shown in the picture below. The shrimps, eggplant and orange chicken were good. The food in general is super greasy specially the chow mein and unfortunately my tummy was having a hard time digesting their food after I ate .. worth mentioning their portions are huge though but I would have preferred quality over quantity

Took my brother and mother to eat here. Food is delicious, took very little time to come out and it was enough to feed us and have leftovers. The service is great, as is the food. It's pretty authentic. I haven't had authentic Chinese food in years. I most definitely recommend this establishment if that is what you are looking for....Authenticity! Decent Cantonese Chinese food is very hard to find. We ordered the Orange chicken, sweet and sour pork and the pork chow mein. The portions were large and came out quickly. All the food was freshly made and arrived hot to the table. It was all very good. We went for lunch and ordered a la carte, but they do offer lunch specials as well. This is certainly a hidden gem in Pomona. I must say that it's not at a fabulous neighborhood in Pomona so you might feel a bit lost driving here. Once you turn North of Holt, it's a much comfortable area. When you enter the restaurant, it's a jaw-dropping experience of luxury and atmosphere. Fresh flowers, nicely attired guests, brand-new luxury leather seating, designer's lighting; pretty much everything you could expect from a up scale restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Food is fresh and authentic. I personally LOVE their stir fried veggie dishes but kids love the pork chop. They also have a super nice party room at the back. Flan desert is a must have.

Delicious Chinese food with good service, and a pleasant atmosphere with decor reminiscent of the Chinese restaurants you grew up with. I live in San Bernardino, and we lost Lotus Garden, which used to be the go to in the inland empire. I highly recommend this establishment for a satisfying overall experience.
