A traditional cafe in the heart of Monastir, beautiful traditional decor. The place is cramped inside and arrogant staff, i didn't like the staff how they treat customers

Excellent caffe, with nice ambient. Good prices. 2 almond teas 2x 4.5 dinars and 6 dinars shisha. Teas were perfect but they brought us small shisha which wasnt as good as the big ones. And in the end we noticed that we were the only ones who got smaller shisha instead of the regular one. Waiter was polite and nice. In the end it was a pretty good experiance. Recommend Price per person TND 1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Traditional Cafe with a great ambiance. We arrived quite late after 11pm so the city and Cafe was pretty dead but never the less we were served great tea & shisha. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A lovely bar and well worth a visit and I've been here many times over the years but beware if you go in the evening as the waiter that works at night will thoroughly rip you off if you're a tourist. He won't give you a bill when your drinks are delivered and charges you three times the normal price I suspect the owner doesn't know this is happening either.

The location itself is wonderful, within the Medina (old city), with local music, shisha (or hooka) for around 1-2 euros, but the service is VERY slow when you are in big groups and you order food.
