Absolutely excellent. Hans and co. were really warm and welcoming. The coffee was tasty and free refills! The food was superb. We had the cheese and ham sandwich which came with salad on the fresh bread and figs picked moments prior from the tree in front of our eyes. The cake was to die for. Highly recommend!! We went there to try Gotland traditional Saffron Pancake. We were also recommended to have semla. I was a bit skeptical because I had it before and didn't like it. But here, I loved it. Also the coffee was not bitter, it was perfect. Overall, I am happy to have been to this lovely café. Service Dine in Meal type Other

Awesome place in the old town Visby area. If you are around and in need of Fika. Do come here. I would suggest the dark chocolate cake thingy. That was really good. Staff here is polite and friendly.

We visited the cafe just to try the Gotland special ‘saffron pancake’. It’s mainly made of rice, so think of it like a Spanish omelette made of rice. It has very strong saffron flavor, definitely good to try it once, that’s it.

Delicious saffron pancake and coffee, and the owner was so nice as to make us a vegetarian sandwich on request. Peaceful atmosphere in the outdoor seating area and very welcoming owner and staff. A must visit, especially on a sunny day!

Off the charts on the cozy scale. Awesome staff in the tiniest kitchen imaginable. Yard is super nice and full of plants and trees - there’s even a fig tree(?) in the far corner which I have never seen with actual fruits in Sweden ever before...

The saffran pancake is tasty but not anything like a western "pancake", and the saffran is intense, so don't aim for it if you don't like it! The almond cake and apple pie were amazing! Cute cafe and extremely helpful staff 💗

Deserving of the top rated cafe in Visby. You really feel the love and soul put into the pastries. Excellent service, they walk around asking if you want refill of coffe etc. Great place. Can't recommend enough!

If you like to sit in a cozy courtyard with a small old kitchen and drink coffee, this is the place you need to go. The coffee was good and the cakes were amazing. The crews also were kind and friendly. The prices were OK and if you are a fan of drinking too much coffee you can drink as much as you like with one order. From the center of the old town, where you can find several bars and restaurants, it is about 10 minutes walk, but it is totally worth it. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person kr 1–100

Get here early before the cakes sell out! It's a quaint little cottage with home baked cakes and buns. We had the traditional saffron pancake (not my taste, but my wife enjoyed it), the cardamom cake (great texture, so delightfully fresh!), the rhubarb crumble (my favourite, tart and sweet) and the cardamom buns. Owner was lovely, stopped for a chat and to answer our questions about how they are made and even shared the recipe! We'll be back!
