One of my favorite coffee shops in Udon. You can actually feel a warm welcome and a homey vibe when you walk in.
Nice vibe for relaxing in the morning. We have tried several menus, but I just really love their Ice Americano. It's a bit sweet and acidic, so fresh and easy to drink.

Devil Cake
I was really looking forward to going to this cafe based upon the photos and reviews I saw on Google maps, but I came away a little disappointed after visiting.
I ordered a hot caramel macchiato. It tasted like a plain cappuccino. There was no sweetness and no hint or sight of caramel.
Perhaps the shop uses a caramel syrup and perhaps the staff simply didn't add very much, but I couldn't taste any caramel at all and was very disappointed.
I also ordered mocha chocolate macadamia cake. Based on the name I expected a rich chocolatey taste but it wasn't there.
The chocolate cake was light and spongy but certainly nothing special. The macadamias were good. It was a perfectly fine piece of cake, but it just didn't impress.
So I believe my expectations were too high for this cafe.
I will return and order more items so I can do an update to this review. Perhaps I will have better luck ordering other things.
There are plenty of places to sit at this cafe, both inside and outside. Front patio, several sections inside, and then an upstairs area with a small balcony.
The kitchen is a separate building in the back and you can look through the large windows and watch them prepare the food and pastries.
The shop was clean and neat.
Very little English was spoken by the staff when I was there. I was able to determine that they serve food starting at noon but since I was there in the morning was unable to order.
There was no English menu for ordering food, only for ordering cakes.
There's a small parking lot for about four automobiles in front of the shop, but otherwise you must find street parking.
UPDATE APRIL 2023
I returned with a friend and we had iced Americanos and a apple crumble tart. The tart was much better than any of the cakes I previously ordered.

Good vib. Inside decoration was simplicity and spacious. Cakes was above average. I ordered a brownie and it’s sweetness was just great, not too sweet.
Other orders includes local dishes, lightly spicy vermicelli salad, prawn deep fried paste that is crispy and great taste with honey dip sauce and fry noodles salad with mince pork was exciting too. Ordered an espresso and americano with their in-house coffee bean mixture, taste great if you like a slight bitter taste at the end.
Iced drink is recommended for coco and peach drinks and lastly lychee smoothie was perfect after some spicy salad that relieved me of the hotness is the mouth.

Came back to this refreshed cafe after 5 years in its new location. Much bigger but still very comfy vibe now on its own lot with well designed cafe area with parking. Now serves food as well.
Had the spaghetti bolognese, which was good but on the sweet side. Isaan style red rice with fish was excellent. Prices are slightly on higher side but drinks and cakes are excellent and worth the price.
Well air-conditioned and free WiFi on premises.

Apple Crumble Pie
The Cafe might be small, but it has a cosy and very warm filling to it.the cakes are all Home made, and are very delicious, the Coffee is very good, and there is a very good selection of Teas to.
The back ground music is very nice to,and they speak English.
Only downside is that car parking is in the street, so try not to turn up in a big group in cars.

You would find green leaves outside the shop welcoming. Walk inside this cozy living room, serve yourself a lovely cup of cool tea, the waiters would not let you wait for long for the ordered things. Their cake is among the tops around here and the coffee too is well-brewed at reasonable prices. And the most impressive thing is that there are many Thai language books you can actually borrow home. Paradise for bookworms!
Plus, You should be able to see the shop at the middle of a narrow road, make sure you go straight in Mak Khaeng Road when passing the two alternatives at the intersection located just behind the prison.
