This coffee shop nails it on all fronts. Their espresso is great, delivering a rich and flavorful punch that's hard to beat. The Labneh sandwich on multicereal bread is a delightful blend of creamy and crunchy, hitting all the right notes. The vibe and decoration project warmth and coziness, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. The staff is professional, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Plus, the seating arrangement inside the city offers a good view of the hustle while still providing a comfortable sitting. Overall, this coffee shop is a gem worth visiting time and time again.

Nice place in Tripoli to have a coffee or a drink, the interior is cozy and comfy. The prices are okay. There is many options for desserts like cakes, I tried the minted lemonade, it was good 👍

EDIT (Oct. 3, 2023):
Cafè Younes has clearly turned the corner and cleaned up their act since my previous review of the place (see below). I never gave up on them; I continued to patronize the place, and I’m glad I did.
Now, they deserve 5 stars in all categories. Let’s hope they keep it up.
And kudos to them for making the place wheelchair accessible! (See pictures below.)
OLD Review:
Since their grand opening, I have been making excuses for Café Younes—Tripoli to all my friends and relatives who’ve joined me there. Their common complaint was always the inexplicably slow, disconnected and largely aloof service.
After last night’s experience, NO MORE!! No more excuses. That was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back.
Management really needs to read and heed the poor reviews other than this one, and get it in their head that they have a HUGE problem in training their staff. Clearly, the system there is massively flawed.
I am not decrying the obvious inexperience among many of their staff. But there has to be close supervision at all time to ensure attentive service. That is sorely lacking.

The cafe is nice the coffee is okay i would give it 6/10 the waiter took our order wrong we told him to fix but nothing happened the vibes and the location of it its so amazing

I really liked the atmosphere! Very nice interior and very good coffee. The service was super good. Literally, all the waiters were so friendly and pleasant to talk with especially Tarek (the manager, he's a true leader he manages everything perfectly) Walid, Omar and Birhat and all of them were showing their beautiful smile! If you like coffee shops then Café Younes is a must-visit!

I’ve visited this place 6 or 7 times, and each time I noticed a significant difference in the taste of the coffee I ordered. What’s more, the service was consistently poor. The staff didn’t take our concerns seriously, and there were frequent delays in fulfilling our orders, including one instance where I had to wait for more than an hour and a half for a glass of water.
I couldn’t understand why there was such negligence, even with something as simple as water. It wasn’t just the service, though; even the barista seemed to struggle with maintaining the coffee’s flavor consistency. For instance, when I ordered American coffee with hazelnuts, the hazelnut flavor often overshadowed the coffee, suggesting an issue with the hazelnut syrup concentration.
On one occasion, I ordered a ‘wake-up call’ coffee, and it was incredibly delicious. However, when I ordered it again, there was a noticeable difference in taste, to the point where I couldn’t even finish my drink. Some days, I and others in my group ordered different types of coffee like ‘kynea aa winney’ and Americano, but the inconsistency in taste persisted.
To make matters worse, there was a day when we requested water, but it was never brought to us. Strangely, we found it listed on the bill.

I recently visited cafe younes and was delighted by its wonderful cozy atmosphere, creating a homey feel. The service was excellent, and Tarek, in particular, stood out with his welcoming smile and helpful nature, making each visit a joy. The cafe offers great food, and their coffee is absolutely delicious, where omar helped me today to find an excellent choice from the menu. It's a place that combines warmth, professionalism, and culinary delights—definitely a must-visit!

Since their opening, I have been and still am a frequent visitor to Café Younes. The overall vibe of the place is great to get some work done or just to have a nice cup of coffee. The staff in its entirety is kind and warm. I have had several occasions where I wanted to switch tables and the manager Tarek was more than happy to help me doing so swiftly. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's a new bright spot in Tripoli.

I had a fantastic experience at Cafe Younes! The atmosphere was cozy, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. But what made my visit truly special was the exceptional service from the manager, Tarek. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back and enjoy more coffee and wonderful service at Cafe Younes!

We ordered avocado smoothies and it was literally milk and banana taste less shake.. unfortunately we placed a complaint to the waiter & he informed the supervisor but he was not brave to face us at all..
The place is nice but their service was bad, waleed was kind but this not enough for brand new branch
