I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday (via WhatsApp) which was starting at 11am. I ask for the address and I was given 210 Umbilo Road (via WhatsApp). I get there and their shop is not at the address , I call and send WhatsApp and I get no response. Eventually I leave and go buy a general cake for my daughter because the party was starting at 11 am. I call again later in the afternoon and I eventually get hold of a lady by the name Anele who explained their address is actual 217 not 210 and they give 210 to customers because the GPS doesn't pick up 217. While I understand the explanation, I don't get how they expect customers to know this if they don't explain from start especially because the cake shop name is not even written on the building for you to even see.The next day I eventually get to the shop to see if it really exists because I was certain it's a scam. I get there and meet the owner (Siphokazi) who didn't bother to greet us, who looked so annoyed and ready to fight. She was so wildly rude, zero acknowledgement of the fact that they gave me the wrong address and failed to explain or respond to my messages. I eventually got my refund but I was appalled by the owner's horrible attitude.

I'm really disappointed with they service...I made an order, paid for it and sent my prove of payment. When I get there my cakes were sold. Apparently they were only doing walk ins...why not tell me that over the phone. Instead of me driving all the way for absolutely nothing.uMbilo branch mxm

Amazing service, she responds to every message you ask her promptly. Their cakes😍 taste amazing. When I ordered I forgot to tell her what flavors I would like and I remembered when I was picking the cake up and I gotta say I'm glad I didn't pick any flavors because the flavors Siphokazi and her team made for me were an amazing mixture. I now know where I'm always getting my cakes.
