I really want to thank the lady at the counter around noon on September 27th. Despite English not being my native language, she showed a very friendly and kind attitude. I was very happy to encounter her during my trip in the United States, which made my day today. The food is delicious, the ambiance is comfortable. Great and quick place if you're on the go or want to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch. You can sit inside or they have tables set up outside too. Lots of different options whether you want coffee (hot or iced), smoothie, or breakfast croissant, burrito or an actual breakfast plate with egg, meat and potato. Coffee review only: Short review: 16oz latte is a "smooth" drink if you prefer stronger coffee flavor opt for the 3 shot or 4 shot drink. Long Review: We ordered a 16 oz hot hazelnut latte and a 16 oz regular latte. The drink would be best described as "smooth". Not too sweet not too strong. I prefer coffee with a little more coffee flavor. So for me personally it was weak. The 16oz has 2 shots so if I ever went back I would get one of the two larger sizes. Went in today for an iced hazelnut latte. The person who took my order and made my drink was really kind and my latte is super smooth and tastes great!! Don't waste your time or hard earned money. The girl at the register was clueless on everything. Couldn't even tell us the kinds of cream cheese or bagels they have. Would have ordered hot food but was told 45 min wait, then told next customer 20 min wait. Honestly glad I didn't spend more money on food. Bagel was terrible. Over toasted and not good. For a $4 bagel and cream cheese I expect more. Cream cheese was good though. It's sad because it's a really cool spot. Great atmosphere. Hope they work out the kinks. Ended up paying $40 for two sandwiches, a medium frap, and a small italian soda. The quality of these items did not reflect this price. The staff was wonderful but I was expecting at least a little better for the price and the previous reviews I read. The clear shields, “laptop-permitted seating” signs, and the overall outdated look of the restaurant was jarring. This is the best coffee shop in all of Flagstaff hands down! It is locally owned by the original owner of 25 years + who still works here & is so friendly! It is such a rare treat to interact with the original owners who love their place so much & has relationships with their costumers. Plus it feels great to support our community & neighbors & keep our money local! Plus this food & coffee is delicious! So many great options with something for everyone.
