Canela is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the staff, they are friendly, attentive and are knowledgeable about their menu. I have enjoyed every meal I've tried there. They have pretty cocktails and very good cheese cake! It's family friendly so our 6 year old son enjoys eating out there.
Canela is on the perfect location just opposite the Fazak Hyper entrance, an ideal pit stop to grab a bite in your pre- or post-shopping stage for anyone along 12th avenue extension. It's a lovely little corner in which you can enjoy freshly-prepared meals either alone but are best shared as a couple, with friends and family as it is child-friendly too. Our favourite part was that the menu is diverse, thereby, giving a wide range of choices with regards to what to eat and drink. There are easily - accessible, clean ablution facilities and their staff is really friendly, efficient and they pay attention to one's needs; a bonus to the cozy place with neatly manicured lawns. It's lovely just how they have added festive decor as a touch to each table setting. The downside is that the restaurant parking is limited so during peak hours it would be better to park in the supermarket parking lot. Also realised that my serving of pork was overdone so best to inform the waiter just how you prefer your meat prepared. Overall, we had a lovely experience and the food was fresh and packed with flavour. Would definitely call in again as their prices are very affordable.
Its a good place, suitable for family outing The food is great menu has sea food options and Sushi. I love that they have a play area to intertain the children while waiting for the meals to be served. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Lovely cosy cafe with yummy fresh food (including seafood!!). I didn't get to try the cake and dessert but I hear they are just as good. Prices are very reasonable too.

Menu has many options and the food they serve is fresh. Their coffee is great although it was on the cold side when I got my cup and the milk was cold as well but it did taste great.
Had the Canela burger 🍔 and the patty was so good with the onions.
Environment is good and I love the white tables, it makes taking pictures of the food better.
5 of us had a wonderful Sunday lunch We enjoyed the music truly had a fun get together.

Loved every bit of my experience there. The food is amazing. Generous and rich portions. The staff is very friendly and it caters for everyone I.e. those that like to sit outside, the inside diners and inbetweeners. I find that the food is fairly priced for such high quality meals. Good place to go with friends or a casual meet-up. You can also get your car washed while you dine. Loved it.
