They would have gotten more as I honestly love our store, but tonight was just horrible. Id suggest eating here for lunch and nothing after 9 as when we ordered, we had a long wait. That's typical when you are getting fresh food but when we got home, the only fresh thing we had was the clam strips... Everything was cold. The order for the sides was wrong on one plate. The Ultimate seafood platter was supposed to come with more than four small popcorn shrimp but at least there was some there. Even the girl at the window forgot our drinks and when reminded of them acted like it was a task to do so. This was at nine... They didn't close till eleven this night so there is no excuse for the cold food and the additude. This restaurant is never open when it says it’s going to be. I understand that they don’t have employees but even when they are open no one will answer the drive thru speaker. They just ignore you and turn the lights out to make it seem as if they are closed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Captain D’s looked spotless and well maintained. The food is almost always hit, fresh, and delicious. I ordered via their app and picked up through the drive-thru. Be aware that they will ask you to go inside to pick up mobile orders now. It was something I wasn’t aware of and luckily they let me stay in the drive thru for pick up this time. The service was friendly. I got the jalapeño poppers and 10 pc shrimp plate with fries and slaw. The lobby is always closed if you go to the drive thru the menu light is off and they won't take your order. The owner needs to know that he or she is paying workers to dodge customers. I plan to call corporate and let them know that they need to let someone have this location that will open the doors and the driver thru. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I had read these reviews before eating here. At least my food was edible, unlike many of the other comments here. My fish was fresh but overcooked, shrimp had been sitting a while. Cleanliness was decent enough. But the attitudesand time... Wow. I thought I had offended the staff by the way I was treated, but it seems they treat everyone like this. The two girls at the counter clearly hadn't wanted to leave their thrones to come here today. I think one said maybe 5 words taking my order and nothing more. The worker bringing the tray out set it down in front of me and left without a single word or even a response to my "thank you". And on a Thursday evening, without it being busy, and seemingly a full staff, it took 22 minutes in prime dinner time to get a single meal. 5:23 to 5:45. This is the worst run restaurant in history the manager doesn't seem to care and the kids she has working here are terrible at their jobs how do you order a family seafood platter and they forget the fish I mean come on. One kid probably 16 or so is completely rude to customers and more interested in being a drama queen. The only good thing is the other dude I think he's the night shift lead he was nice but if you don't get him you may want to consider going somewhere else or just go somewhere else anyway because this place is the absolute worse. Sherree is an asset to this establishment. So genuine and professional. We had an issue with our food and Sherree made it right. As we sat and waited on our food, it was obvious that she makes this place run. She was so attentive and nice to the other customers as well and made sure everybody was taken care of. Don’t let her go, she is a gem!
