The new chicken they have is really good. Not sure if they have had it changed for awhile because I haven't been there in a little bit but it's so much better than what they used to have. The girl that waited on us was helpful and very nice. Never stopped smiling. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there sunday evening 10 /18 /20... NOT GOOD.. The fish was so greasy you couldn't eat it... And it was covered in little bits of burnt batter...(Pictured below) IT HAD A BAD TASTE... tasted like old oil. There were no hush puppies... I ordered an order of cracklin... There was none... No sauces... I ordered the bread it was in the main container on top of the fish and chicken smashed... The food was nasty but I asked the young man if everything was in the bag and his reply was yes... This place has really went downhill...

Placed an order that cost over $50.00 tonight. Payed for some add ons and French fries was one and I literally got 12 French fries for over 2.00. Not to mention it was the smallest chicken tenders Ive seen in a long time and only received 1 piece of fish. Was nowhere near woth the money I paid. Will not order from them again. Im new to the area and always got great food where I lived in GA. from Captain D's, not here. The chicken was also an add on so cost even more for this. Not to mention all the hushpuppies looked like a bite had been taken out of them. Thiswas just part of my order as soon as I opened it.

Always have a coupon! The staff did a good job taking care of us last night. Update: Don't get the crab cakes, idk what the deal is, we ordered 2 on the side, the first pair were a mess and they replaced them with 2 that were raw, check the pictures, couldn't eat them. I'm taking a star away, and probably writing the company

No complaint on food .went thru drive thru After ordering 3 meals and drinks pull around and pay over 30 dollars ( fast food is no longer fast and reasonable)we get our orders and ask the gentlemen for our drinks . He states we didn't order any (remember when they was included with your meal) And looks back inside then back out and seems annoyed we are still occupying his driveway at which point the little lady states that we most certainly did and he huffs and he puffs and ask to see our receipt when he has a register in front of him. Get receipt out of bag of which there are 2 he snatches it from her hand then gets our drinks, Won't use this location if possible .what happened to courtesies in today's society . The whole experience was horrible. The food was cold really greasy and very small portions. Will not be going back. Really sad I loved this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Incredibly slow, takes them 20 minutes to make a single meal. Also, if you’re going to close at 10, close at 10, not 9:50. The workers just blatantly set the drive thru box to say they’re closed because they’re lazy and don’t want to work. Whoever owns the place loses out on a lot of money because they workers don’t want to do their job.
