This is the best place near SEA LIFE Minnesota. Taste delicious coffee, it's a must when visiting Caribou Coffee. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

What is the point of ordering ahead if it's never ready when I order it. I work at the mall and so I often get coffee before I work. I like ordering ahead because (ideally) it should be ready when I get there, right? This morning I placed an order at 9:30 requesting it to be ready by 10. I arrived at the Caribou at 10:01 and it wasn't ready. I got my sandwich at 10:04 but my drink wasn't ready until 10:07. I should honestly just start making coffee at home because it's a lot cheaper and I at least know I won't be late to work because of it. It was an average experience. It's a smaller Caribou than most. There's a few hightop chairs, but not a wide array of seating options. It's a mostly grab and go experience. So, the atmosphere was fine for what it is. The service was average. Nothing stood out to me. The barista was polite and pleasant. It was good. I haven't eaten at this particular Caribou Coffee, but I presume it was the usual fare. I presume there were fewer options because of the fact that it was smaller. Where do I start. I work in the mall and get my breakfast from here often. I order online to pick up in store mostly and sometimes I just go there. But the service is horrible and just kept getting worse. They first of never make you the right order(always something missing or not done how you order it on the app) sliced and toasted option but the never do. I usually don’t even complain about it most of the time if my cream cheese is also missing I will just go back to get it. So many different things. I sometimes have to knock on the back door to get him to come out to take my order. Sometimes I place an order come 25min later to get it and there’s no one in line but it’s not ready. On Thursday august 31st I order my food got there my bagel wasn’t served he said they didn’t have the plain bagel I agree to something else it took him 20min to make it. I asked in the process don’t forget my cream cheese, he went to the back and came out said nothing finished finally toasting my bagel after I had to ask again. Hands me the bagel with no cheese. I asked again and he started screaming at me that he’s out of it and haven’t gotten any in stock for 3weeks. Mind you I order here about 4times a week. So I said to him I just got some from here yesterday they kept yelling at me and went to the back cursing at me. All this was happe With other customers just waiting in line with zero attempts of greeting them and asking them to wait some came left and some waited. So I had to go to the other caribou on the other side of the mall to get my order remade for me and they were really nice about it and apologized on his behalf . I Never paid attention to his name but had to go back to get and I guess his name is Taro or something like that. all my co workers agree that he’s is rude to everyone. That’s no way to start your day with someone you are buying from treating your food with zero care and zero customer service. This is not about caribou or any of the other employees but him specifically. I love caribou but the staff in the transit location in the mall need work. I am never going there again because I can’t even trust my food with someone like that. Worst part is his always there too barely seen 2 or 3 other people there here and there but they never come back or something and he might actually be the manager or the lead which is even more worst. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decided to try a specialty coffee with marshmallows and a cake pop both were rather tasty! The coffee was perfectly sweet. I could still taste the coffee and it was too sugary. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I’ve never seen Caribou Coffee where I live so it was my first time seeing the franchise. Such a cute name. I like it more than Starbucks. It was much lighter than other drinks I’ve had. It kind of felt like I didn’t drink anything. Wish I had a caribou coffee near me.

In addition to several Caribou Coffee locations within the Mall of America itself, there is one at the transit station. It's a small location and not quite as picturesque as the ones inside the mall, but it is conveniently located if, like me, you prefer Caribou to the other major coffee store chain here and need your fix while at the station!

The coffee is very good and it's nice to have a coffee shop where you can get your regular drink at different locations. The atmosphere is adequate and very cookie-cutter. This is not the place you go for a coffee shop with a unique atmosphere. Staff had always been friendly and helpful. Today I stopped at the Caribou inside the transit station in MOA. It was my first time at this location and I have to say the young lady; Jazmin that helped me was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable about the different drinks; being that I wanted to try something new and she was very personable. It is very hard to find good customer service these days but this is the best I have had in a long time.

There are 4 Caribou locations in the Mall of America…this one being the newest. While this location is convenient if you use MetroTransit, you are probably better off going to one of the other locations. The service and quality of products were great when first opened, but have steadily declined since. The associates now lack enthusiasm and are focused on their co-workers and phones rather than guests. Even ordering something as simple as iced tea is an ordeal because they don’t want to make it. Why do I keep going here? Well…I don’t anymore. Walking to the north side location is a MUCH better option.
