Knollwood Caribou staff is fantastic! With that being said, the prices are getting out of hand and the rewards for members are getting sad too. It was 140 for a beverage and now it’s 175! I spend roughly $210 there a month and have been loyal for decades. I just think you should do better for valued customer's. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Poor service. Somehow always get my drink incorrect/forget one. One barista in particular is really rude, I don’t know her name. But every time I’m nice and ask for the correct thing she looks at me like I’ve grown a second head. Took 30 minutes for my drink to be made. This location is my favorite! Everyone is so friendly, my orders are always fabulous, and they strive to make your coffee shop experience excellent. An added bonus is they are crazy fast with getting orders done. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I went here and the service was good. Didn’t take too long at all. When I got home I drank the drink and around when I finished I noticed a dead fly at the top of the lid inside. Well, I didn't have anything to eat. The coffee drink was amazing, as usual, from Caribou. The cashier was so patient with my friend and I. My friend wasn't really sure if what she wanted. I typically place orders online, and 9/10 times our order is ready before I even get there. On top of their quick service, they pay attention to drink customizations and the staff is very friendly. Edit: highlighting an employee who had gone above and beyond more than once for me. Angelina has been so kind, helpful, and professional every time we interact. Most recently, she served us less than 15 minutes before closing, was patient, and let me try the new oat milk cold foam. I've never had a better experience at a caribou. Angelina and Kelly we're absolute dolls. So nice, so helpful, have my toddler a lot gift and took pics of our matching outfit for us. I am a regular at this location I spend an average of $25 dollars a day . There are currently two employees that work every day and I have never had any issues with orders or customer service. Only smiles timely service and great milk chocolate nitros. I would like to publicly say thank you and you are appreciated. This is for all the complainers that somehow feel entitled to project there miserable life’s. This is a time of Covid (pandemic) and unfortunately it’s hard to find employees that want to work. (short staffed ) empathy and gratitude instead of ugly.Thank you Caribou for getting me through my day. Drink two nitros get on the side of the building and smash.
