Frustrating. I pay extra for heavy cream but they only add the tiniest drop to my coffee. When I ask for more they add a tiny dribble more. Every time. I don’t have this issue at any other location. Even after handing back my coffee and asking for more cream (which I am paying extra for) this morning I had to stop at a gas station to get enough cream to make my coffee taste like a normal coffee with cream. This is a good Caribou! They are open until 9 PM, and they usually have decaf cold press on hand (needed for any decaf or half-caff hot crafted press drinks). Got my answers today!! I rarely order from this Caribou- because they lie and add their own stuff in to supplement the items you paid for. Called the barista out this morning. The employees at night were openly making fun of customers names and treating the place like it was their living room. Swearing, laughing, making jokes, talking very loudly. Very unprofessional behavior even for a casual coffee shop. My iced white mocha with light ice was one of the worst. Tasted like chocolate milk and of course ice filled to the top. Plus look at this breakfast sandwich I received. Such a sloppy and greasy mess. Went up and showed them and was reassured "thats how they all are" at that point was no use asking them to make me a new drink.

Love me some Caribou ❤ ☕ Walking in there brought back so many memories of working in Peru, Illinois location, but this one was much bigger. Always satisfied no matter :) Best Coffee Eva!!! Go Caribou gals keep rocking your amazing Batista skills!!!
