Our family chooses the drive-thru instead of dining in. With severe gluten allergies, it's preferable to choose the take-out option. The employee was kind and informed that they were running a little behind. He reassured that our food would be out soon. We hadn't waited too long and it was delivered. Love, they have the option of a lettuce wrap instead of only bun. Wish more places had this option. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5

We went to this Carl's Jr on our way to Denver. The restaurant was so dirty, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The sodas weren't sodas at all, just carbonated water. The bathrooms were so filthy that if we weren't so desperate, we would avoid it at all costs. We got our food and left. When we started eating, we discovered that the patties were burnt, the ranch for our fries had expired, and we also found a literal piece of tape in a burger. The staff was nice enough, but never, EVER go here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Can't get order right, manager looks like a thug. Non approachable very stand offish. Don't see how they stay in business. Hardly anyone in restaurant every time I've visited. Drive through is preferred but check you order it's probably wrong. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Our trip tonCarls was better this time than last. The GM was very rude to me about not being able to read the menu, I’m blind but this time the cashier was absolutely awesome! They got my sauce wrong but other than that, it was great service. They’re always welcoming and don’t hassle me about my guide dog. I would have to say I was completely surprised, the gentleman happily offered from the breakfast menu. Even though I showed up 20 minutes before breakfast was over. I love their breakfast burgers and the Monster Biscuit. All our food was fresh. Definitely did not skim on the portions and appearance was just as good. Service with a smile. Nice enough staff but my biscuit was horrible. It was really stale and wasn't soft until I hit the center. I love their drink choices tho, barqs root beer isn't easy to find but it's so good!
