I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Monster biscuit combo. They gave me a Sausage biscuit and soggy under done hash brown nuggets. When I complained, they didn’t apologize, and acted as though it was my fault. This is the fourth time they got this order wrong and gave me a sausage biscuit instead. On another occasion I asked for grilled onions, on my cheeseburger, and they gave me raw onions. I get attitude from them every time. On yet another occasion, they served my breakfast with a hair in my food. Lazy, stupid and careless. I was the only person in line, so it wasn’t like they were busy. They had one order, with no one in line, in the drive thru or inside counter and still couldn’t get it right. They had one job, one person to serve, and they gave me what they wanted, not what I asked for. I’m never going back, but I wish they would go back to whatever rock they crawled out of. Nice, clean place. food was ready/early when i walked in only after 2 min after app order, and was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and cheerful. and all this on the free burger day (i was bracing for menacing crowds). this was 8:30 on a Mon night.
