I have always loved the super star but this one was not the norm it was dry the bun didn't taste write maybe not grilled no tomato the lettuce was shredded it was cold and not enough sauce. Worst super star I have ever had. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and it took forever. The person who took my money was polite and apologized for the wait. I’m into good deals and the new year has brought 2 from Carl’s Jr I recommend. First breakfast biscuits buy 1 get one for a dollar great deal $4.99 for 2 and they added biscuits and gravy. Second I just tried the tender wraps and at 2 for $6 this is a great deal. The employees at the drive thru are always pleasant and get you on your way in a timely manner. So we went through the drive-thru and Maddy took our order and was not friendly at all. She gave honestly the worst customer service ive ever had. She was sighing and did not seem to want to take our order at all and seemed pretty annoyed. Even if shes not annoyed at us she shouldnt bring her attitude to her customers. Then we got to the window and the gentleman took our payment and said our food would be right out he was nicer also seemed like he hated his job though. Maddy then came and handed us our food without saying a single word and didnt even smile or anything. She forgot to put something in the bag and we noticed while driving away so we went inside and she was just like "oh yeah i forgot that" right when she saw us walk in and she still didnt say anything other than that and had the most emotionless face ever. Took WAY TOO LONG! Brought my kids to pick up a quick burger before going home because everyone was starving. There were two cars in front of me. I waited 10 min before ordering. Then waited over 15 more minutes for my food. $42 and nearly 30 minute wait to receive fries and burgers that were not even super hot and fresh. I am very disappointed.
