My first visit, I'm not sure if it was that I was really hungry or if the chef made one of the best filet mignon I've ever had.
I came here for an early birthday celebration with family. Plus, I came back on my birthday as well. These turned out to be really great meals. I believe that anything that's bacon wrap will taste better. They do say bacon makes everything taste better. In this case, it is true. I always like steak sauce with it, but after I tried it, I noticed I didn't need it. It was so good in flavor that I couldn't believe how much I was enjoying this.
On my second visit, I had the red snapper. It was good but not as good as the filet mignon. I will be back again to try more of the steak choices they have.
I would recommend this restaurant for the food service. The staff is a close 4 star, but the atmosphere/decor can use a little improvement. I give that only a 3 star.

Carne Mia is a hilltop restaurant that serves all kinds of local food.
You'll find it a beautiful restaurant with wonderful amenities and a lovely view.
The food itself is chef's kiss, excellent. It's incredible and well made, and you can taste the high quality ingredients.
Prices are higher than average, so you can decide whether you think the quality is worth it or not.
The service, when I last visited, was good. It took around 20 to 30 minutes for the food, and in the meantime, you get some soup to stave off starvation.
Overall, it's a great place to be in, and if you enjoy high quality meals and don't mind paying for it, it's well worth a shot.

Pechuga Rellena De Yuca Con Papas Salteadas
El lugar es bien lindo y el ambiente me gusto. La servidora muy amable y siempre estuvo con una sonrisa la cual dise mucho del restaurante. Ahora la razón las 3 estrellas es que la crema de ajo la sobre cocinaron e prepararon la cual sabía y olía a quemado y le cambio el sabor al mofongo de yuca, pero además de eso estaba chévere.
