Carrabbas is typically a place my family and I will stop at if there is one close to where we are at. With that said we went to the one in Pasadena Md today and had a wonderful experience. The food was prepared very well. A medium steak came out exactly as it was supposed too, so did everything else. The best part of the experience was the staff. The waiter (Ty) was great, we did not ask for a single refill as the rest of the staff worked together, and any extra request seemed to be addressed immediately which was great. Again all the staff was great, the manager was great and this Carrabbas location was great.

Our waiter, Stafford was excellent. Very personable and friendly. We were there for our office party and everyone had a good time. We were not happy with the door slamming for carry out behind our table. It was constant throughout our meal. We also had knats at and on our table, which were Very disruptive and unfortunately, our conversation centered on them. Again, service was excellent waiter was excellent. Food was excellent.

Enjoyed celebrating my friends birthday at Carabbas tonight! I hadn’t been there in a long time- and never at this location. The food was delicious and timed perfectly. The atmosphere was so warm and festive. And our server, Stafford, was the best. He was very attentive to every detail for us. Will definitely return!

I met a friend here for dinner late in the evening. The service started out great but wained when was busy. I believe she was the only server for a whole section. The soup was fantastic, the chicken noodle soup was very delicious fresh and had lots of fresh white meat. I'd also like to mention my experience when I went to the bathroom. One of the employees there mentioned it outloud Jesus was his n***** I overheard this and corrected him and say don't say something like that publicly. He mentioned that that's his personal relationship with Jesus. As an employee of a restaurant, whatever you think about Jesus should be kept to yourself, especially if it's a racial slur. He went on to proceed to say that he was valid and saying what he was saying in a public restaurant with a uniform. This was so disheartening... And I didn't further comment to him. As a business, you need TRAIN your employees about how their public persona can affect someone who is a customer to the business. Whatever an employee says when in uniform reflects the business.
