Restaurant is very nice inside. Bread is delicious dipped in the olive oil melody. I was a bit disappointed in my dish ( RigatoniMartino) I had to send my food back because it tasted like complete salt. Servers didn’t come back till everyone was done eating so I didn’t get another dish. Service was very slow and the restaurant was not very busy. Other dishes we ordered were good. Everything was a bit lite on the sauce. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We enjoy a meal at Carrabbas, usually once a week for several years now. We have never been disappointed! Service is incredible....Food is wonderful and everything is made fresh of the best ingredients. We've dined in many Italian restaurants, many of which were far more expensive, but not as delicious. I've had some friends say they haven't gone, because it's a "chain". Frankly I'd rather eat superb food, than a little plateful of snob. Servers like Mark and Tiffany are great, and you'll be lucky if they wait your table, but you can't miss with anyone here!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My food, drinks and atmosphere were fine. My problem was with my bill. I was charged $14.99 for one glass of Mark West Pinot Noir. I drink Mark West regular at home. A bottle of Mark West is $9.99 at our local liquor store, Joe Canals if you need to check. I have no problem paying a fair price for a glass of wine but you guys must be smoking Crack if you think it's fair to charge $14.99 a glass for a product you pay only $9.99 or less a bottle. For this reason you have lost my business forever. I will not be subject to gouging. Your pricing is beyond ridiculous. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau here in Brick NJ. Food is almost always consistent. Service over the past 20 years has been excellent and on point. They are human though and mistakes do happen from time to time so it’s inevitable that some people may have experienced some problems, as well as not sufficient for the high maintenance and difficult person. Only one time several years ago the service was just ok. Use to be the restaurant where you felt like you got a lot of food for the money before they used the opportunity and excuses to participate in The Great Pandemic Price Gouge. Still a lot of food for the sitting generally the more low cost or more profitable the more given, like almost anywhere. Carabba's has always been a favorite place of mine for a good meal. I recently met my sister and sister-in-law for dinner. Our server was attentive until she got busier. The runners brought out our appetizers, salads, and main entrees. My sister-in-law and I had the crab cake appetizer and the salmon entree. I had the plain salmon. My sister had the Carabba's Italian Classics. We didn't have to wait long if we needed a drink refill or more bread and butter. I did order spaghetti and meatballs to go. When it was delivered, my sister noticed that there wasn't a salad or bread with it. When I was able to catch our server's attention, I asked about the missing items. She mentioned that I didn't request them. I shook my head and looked at my sister to ask if I misunderstood the server's comment. I was always under the impression that the server is supposed to ask the customer if they want a salad and/or bread with their entree, not the other way around. The server said she would bring it out once I indicated I wanted a house salad. Other than that little issue, the food and service were great. This restaurant continues to amaze me with the quality of the food and the value they provide. We really enjoyed the recent wine dinner where the featured wine was Stag’s Leap Artemis which is my friend’s favorite wine. Every course was outstanding with substantial portions and the wine perfectly paired with each course. What is incredible is that the food at this Brick location is outstanding but when we also go in the winter to the Florida location at The Villages the food is also very good. The reason is every location prepares the food fresh from scratch daily including the bread. And we even discovered an amazing cocktail called passion pear spritz here in Brick that is a delicious summer cocktail that we have replicated at home many times. So don’t let the fact this is a “chain” restaurant deter you from eating here. The wine dinners which are at all locations are an incredible value and very enjoyable.

Great food, great drinks, good atmosphere, our waiter was awesome. We went for a birthday dinner, sat down right away (around 6:30pm). Our waiter, Shawn, was attentative (but not annoying) and all of our food & drinks came out quickly, as ordered. Ordered Classics Appetizer (mushrooms are amazing!), Chicken Parm & Italian Classics Trio, and also the Berry Butter Cake dessert, which was out of this world! My Italian Old Fashioned was done well and had a great Makers Mark bite to it, my girlfriend's Blackberry Sangria was also delicious. Will absolutely go back, the entire experience was very pleasant, and for all of the food we ordered, the bill was very fair. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Very unhappy! I ordered chicken parm. The chicken was so dry. Couldn’t swallow it. And the spaghetti also was dry. Not enough sauce on it. So disappointed . Order 2 meals… went in the trash. . Service Take out Meal type Dinner

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. We came in to dine for my sons birthday, and that was mistake number 1. The service was horrible. The waitress was even worse than horrible. They didn't even care to get our drinks right. Then, the waitress yells at us about there being a "drink runner" because she took our order wrong or the "runner" got our drinks wrong. They put our drinks on the table, no straws, gave us some bread and dry seasoning, no oil, and then the waitress walks away from us while we are talking to her. No one ever came back to take our order (aside from when the waitress attempted to take our order after 20-25 minutes of sitting there only to have just received Coke product drinks. We maybe only taken several sips before we realized this place was SO bad, and the service wasn't friendly at all. We left, and I have to be honest, no even realized we left. We were seated and forgotten except for what happened above. If ANY restaurant treats their guests like this or if ANY restaurant takes that long to give their guests some fountain drinks and forget them/treat them like trash, then I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
