Went to get donuts Friday morning and got distracted by how the manager was talking to the employees, no one should be treated and talked at the where she was going on about no one doing there job. Step up manager lead by example not by yelling and bad mouthing your employees. No wonder no one is doing there job if you disrespect your employees.

Stopped here on 8-27-23 for gas at 7:00 pm and it was disgusting. The garbage cans by the pumps were all overflowing and the garbage was blowing around the lot. The bathrooms were also a mess and no soap or towels in both bathrooms. They were very dirty and needed a good cleaning. Price per person $50–100 Atmosphere: 1

Casey's Mountain Lake Mn is horrible! I'm a local and grab a coffee every morning but three days ago as usual I take the top off to cool and 4 maggots were in the cup. I went back somebody else must have complained because it was being cleaned. I was told i should look in my coffee before I put the lid on by an older lady staff member. Dead flies on top of the capachino machine that have been there for months. I am tall so I see it. Horrible teens on the later shift cussing and the music is loud!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Since previous review was deleted. I’ll leave more specific information. On 12/26/2022 around 11:30am we stopped at this location. My partner was the only Black person in the store. The employees left us alone initially but when I went back out to the car proceeded to follow my partner and accuse them hiding merchandise under napkins when they checked out with a slice of pizza. Edited to add: the corporate response did not address issue of racially profiling customers, or give specifics as to how staff would be retrained on this issue.

What lousy pumps and wiper fluid station maintenance. There wasn't one at the pump I used so picked up a squeegee at a different one. The rubber side was completely demolished and unusable. Cashier was ambivalent. I'll use Kwik Trip next time I'm down that way. Service: 1
