We went here for lunch with family members and we truly enjoyed our experience. I built my own bowl, everything was clearly labeled where you could see what your options were as you moved down the line. I threw a lot of extra in the bowl because I really wanted to try the falafel and spicy meatballs which does cost a little bit more. My hubby got an item off the menu and he wasn't disappointed. Everything was truly flavorful. The atmosphere inside was great, very easy to carry on a conversation with your table. I will have to keep my eyes open for other CAVA locations.

💫 My husband and I came all the way from Arlington to this Southlake location because we knew we’d get better service, and that we did! We could feel the good energy as soon as we walked in. Everyone was laidback and positive and ready to serve. They were fully stocked with fresh food just before closing (which is unheard of), so we were stoked! 🙌🏾 To top it all off, we ended up with an unexpected yet rewarding experience, one I will hold dear to my heart. When you hired Ashley and Sumiyah, you did yourself and your customers a great deed. Because they were so kind, I shared my music with them and and gifted my autograph at their request (which made me feel extra special) 🥰. I came later in the day (at around 9) and was served immediately. The service was super nice and polite, and all my food was still(!) fresh. Highly reccomend for anyone looking for a healthy Mediterranean alternative to Chipolte!

Veggie Bowl
It's a great looking restaurant with a great atmosphere and staff. However, the food wasn't our cup of tea. I love their portion sizes, but the pita bread could not hold all of it together and it got rather messy.

Julie was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and kind to us while we were grabbing food to go! We ordered (the amazingly delicious) pita chips, she made sure we had freshly cooked ones to take home with us! Hope Julie is working next time we come!

This is my go to restaurant when I want healthy fast-casual Mediterranean food. I go during lunch quite often and it is a very popular place. The food is delicious and fresh because they are constantly cooking, preparing, and restocking the line. The restaurant is clean and well managed and I always look forward to eating there. Kay and the staff provide such welcoming smiles and amazing customer service every time I go!

Let me tell you… This food is one of the best things you can have hit your tongue. Trust me when I say the chicken will make you feel like you’re floating cloud nine. And that lemonade… Whew… You won’t find anything else like it. Their hospitality and kindness is truly something spectacular. 10/10.

I’ve been to every single CAVA in the US and this by far the best group of people working here. This is the best CAVA in the US. The hiring manager deserves a huge raise. So clean, fast, and nice. This girl…I think her name tag read Kirsten she was so beautiful and sweet. She’s a great employee. Also the manager Ashley, I thought she was Beyoncé. Stunning. Amazing service I come here everyday. ❤️

I went into CAVA for the first time this week with my family. We were immediately greeted by Sumiyah and she went through all of the options for us. The food was very fresh and the pita chips were AMAZING! 10/10 experience!

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner Sunday night, and of course some items they were out of. Which is understandable— it’s Sunday.
When it was our turn to order Hannah who was really friendly and attentive, did us a favor by letting us know beforehand what they were out of. That was very much appreciated.
Then Alison gave us friendly customer service and answered the few questions we did have about the pickled onions (which are to die for!).
And Tatum who checked us out, gave us tips on how to craft more flavorful bowls.
Each of these ladies were awesome. Loved our service and definitely will be coming back.
