Don’t be fooled by the simple pizza place exterior! Hard to say what was better the food or service. Every single person from hostess, food runner, and even the owner were welcoming and professional. The owner gave us some food suggestions based on our preferences. We had the calamari appetizer, short rib cavatelli, the pesto agnolotti, and steak frites. The short rib cavatelli was so tender, flavorful, and just delicious. The pesto agnolotti was not something we would typically order but will definitely get it again. The homemade pasta was perfect and the crumbled sausage on top was a great addition. Lastly, the steak frites was cooked medium rare- exactly to order, sliced nicely, and served with herbed butter and fresh thin fries. We will definitely be back! Cefalu is hands down the best pizza in Huntington. Hard to say they’re “underrated”, they’re always busy. But their pizza (and food in general) is top notch and in my opinion, not just the best in Huntington, but all over. Great service. Great food. All around amazing vibes. So came here for pizza for the 1st time and just had the best slice of Grandma pizza ever! Thin, crispy & delicious ! My husband Tony had a margarita slice and it was excellent! We met Ricardo and the staff who were very friendly. We go out for pizza every week , Cefalu will be our new go to place for pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to this restaurant based on the reviews . I ordered the chickpeas squares and the zucchini fries. I was very hungry, and I only ate one of the chickpea squares. It was not good. I ate the zucchini fries which were a bit better. The service was good except for the fact that I went to the bathroom and the waiter moved my coat and scarf from the table to accommodate a group at the table I was sitting at. I thought it was very rude to do that. They could have simplified waited until I got back from the table to leave . Needless to say, I will not be returning. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been to this restaurant four times each time I’ve had different prices for the slice of pizza that I ordered First off, slices are somewhere around 350 anywhere in Huntington the first time I went there they charge me $4.50 (bold) The next time I went, it was $4.30 Told: “just give you four dollars” Today…. I ordered two slices ( always cold to take home) and I was told it was eight dollars. I gave him a $20 bill, and he couldn’t find the change in either of the two registers which is a little concerning for a variety of reasons He was trying to takie money out of the tip jar to fix the problem (only $1 and pennies ) then gives me back $11.25 And then he says oh it was $8.69 after he told me was $8 I don’t remember ever being charged tax for slices of pizza. And I looked it up… they doubled the tax It’s usually included I know that. Many things include tax afterwards, but pizzas always been that thing and still is 99.999% that thing that is just the price He’s fishing around for money out of the tip cup and shorts me eight cents (now I’m obviously annoyed ) I want my eight cents and then gives me an extra 5 I will never go back to them for pizza I only went back because it was so convenient for my situation today 20% overpriced So disappointing because one of the first times I went there., I sat outside and had a great experience, I am always the first person to share restaurants with people. People text me and ask me for my advice about places to go, and this is not the place to go because of the Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Joe the owner made our night special. He ran the ship for 16 of us without a hitch, very courteous, generous and his servers top notch. Very impressive.
