Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Piatra Neamt. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Piatra Neamt. I’ll give one star because terrible terrible waiting time for a food disorganized, and they did not even care or make it up to it with a apologizing or something else . I saw the manager and the owner walking around, very poor management and terrible. What to expect in Romania . The weather was running up and down. He did not even give us the silverware. We have to mask constant for silverware for the soup and for the second meal . Don’t come on Sunday or Saturdays because it’s busy they don’t have stuff enough in the kitchen running so slow we wait 1 1/2 hour almost to four simple meal. I am disappointed . Food is good here The soup was OK. Very good. Second meal as well. .pochi camerieri, servizio di cucina inefficiente per un locale con più di 200 coperti, menù ridicolo è puramente ipotetico: ci siamo seduti e abbiamo avuto la sensazione che fosse appena finito il servizio, camerieri stanchi e tutti i tavoli in attesa (pensavo del conto) dopo circa 20 minuti ci danno il menù ma non prima di averci cambiato il tavolo( senza cambiare di posto, si sono proprio presi il tavolo e c’è ne hanno dato uno più piccolo) quindi altri 10 minuti di attesa per prendere la comanda. Ci portano subito le bibite e in poco tempo uno dei due antipasti… la persona che era con me è stata male tutta la sera per i peperoni crudi fritti e le 7 olive e i due cucchiai di creme vegetali non giustificano i successivi 45 minuti di attesa, senza che un cameriere ci venga almeno a parlare. Per telefono ci consigliano di scappare perché il locale è proprio così, ma vista la celerità dell’antipasto gli diamo ancora un quarto d’ora. Quando abbiamo chiesto di pagare per andar via il cameriere (sicuramente un extra) ha chiamato una altra cameriera che si è mostrata prima sorpresa poi quando ha saputo che eravamo due chef costernata alla mia affermazione che non si può avere una cucina da 50 coperti e pretendere di servirne 250 solo perché si è in un bel posto. Peraltro in una veranda caldissima, anche se aperta, che non lasciava vedere neanche il bel panorama. Pagato e mangiato altrove, (sarà una altra recensione) mi spiace per i tavoli che erano già seduti quando siamo arrivati ed erano ancora seduti quando siamo andati via.
