Was in the mood for something sweet and found this place while looking on Google maps. Saw the rolled ice cream and thought I'd give it a try. I found the place to be very clean and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was friendly and fairly quick as well. I ordered the strawberry and banana rolled ice cream. I found it to be very good! I was impressed with how long it stayed cold! It took me a while to finish it and it barely melted. It tasted sweet and tart. The fruit toppings added great texture and freshness. My friend ordered the Ferrero Rocher rolled ice cream and he said he enjoyed his very much. I ordered the Secret Lover drink before leaving and found that to be refreshing as well! Very fruity and had a good amount of strawberry and mango bits. I'd say my sweet tooth craving was very satisfied and I'd come back to try more drinks and ice cream! They also have multiple flavors of popcorn I'm sure would interest me as well. This place has a nice vibe. I got the Vietnamese coffee-tea with boba and egg pudding and my wife got the Taro tea with boba. Their honey boba has a nice sweetness and softness too. They have ice cream where they have the cold surface and fold ingredients into it, French macarons, boba/bubble tea, and flavored popcorn which I’m eating right now. There’s not too much seating inside but we were able to sit once some other customers left.

I stop by every time im in walnut creek. I love the rolled icecream. When it melts it has a pleasant texture, not filmy like regular icecream. Its a fun experience to watch as well. My all time favorite is the ferrero rocher but the red velvet is yummy too. Their boba is good, but a bit pricey compared to others and cornology (a popcorn company) is in the same room so it smells delectable inside.

As a boba lover in WC, my go-to drink place is definitely Chalogy! I love getting traditional teas with honey boba and tea float! The staff is always friendly and welcoming!

The restaurant wasn't really welcome as we were served outside even though every other restaurant was open and had dining inside. There were webs and mess everywhere so wasn't the best sitting out waiting for your drinks. Otherwise, great taste, good flavor, high quality boba, would come back again

Had some of the pan rolled ice cream & it was great! Definitely unique experience & worthwhile. Additionally, great customer service!! Let us try the tea before we bought and overall incredibly nice and gracious. Overall, a fun new place worth the trip & we will be back.

They have some unusual concoctions with the fruit teas - on the pricey side though. I didn't try their rolled ice cream today.

We ordered the Ferrero, Reeses, Monkey monkey & Fresh Mango rolled ice cream and it was really good! We also tried the cheddar popcorn and it was tasty! The staffs were great and it’s a nice place to hangout with family and friends. I highly recommend Chalogy! Would I come here again: If I’m really craving boba and am in the area. Boba: Peach Tea Boba - 3/5 - Standard faire in taste and quality compared to most boba drinks I’ve had in the past. There wasn’t anything setting it apart from the rest. However, it does appear to be one of the few options in the area. Service: 3/5 - Average service from the cashiers. Ambiance: 4/5 - I just grabbed and went. It was a cute place to hang out but seating is a little limited.
