I'm not disappointed at all! I got Ube Milk Tea with 25% sugar (I don't like sweet), and it was perfect! The sweetness came from the Ube, and she made the Ube fresh, not powder! The owners are very friendly and the place is very clean and cute. Definitely will be back. Oh side note, 1 size and well price!
2nd review - 9/9/23 see mangonada (they DO Madenut with REAL fruits!) And tried the whiskey coffee today. Love and strong coffee! They do made it with love

My husband, son, and I were waiting for the neighboring sushi restaurant to opened and saw the sign for "Bubble Waffles" in their window. We'd never heard of them and went in for dessert. Absolutely AMAZING. Fresh ingredients, made to order. Great, friendly service. Quickly realized that the strawberry Nutella and banana Nutella bubble waffles were big enough for 2 people. Decor was cute and seating was comfortable. Can't wait to go back and try their selection of boba teas, milk teas, smoothies, and more. I think the Ube Milk Tea will be first.

Finally stopped by this new tea room and I'm so glad I did! I always start with the basics, so I got a bubble tea. It was sooooo delish, even to the last drop - the boba was fresh and tasted amazing. I can't wait to bring my kids here to try new drinks and the the waffles 😋
