Horrible regular chicken kothu I got via Uber yesterday.Not added proper chicken and the taste is so bad and soo dried. Will never recommend their food. Just boastful ads.Spent 1300 in total for this useless, soo dried chickenless kothu. For around 700, 2 weeks ago tasted a way better egg kotu in a place in Maradana. This food at Charuz made me disgust kottu.I should have bought a whole chicken for 1300 and fried n eaten. Never take such a money and give such kind of hasteful food for customers. I just noticed the rating in Uber too is 3.2 out of 5 for this restaurant.

Fast to respond and served hot. 1st order is a chicken kottu and... WOW ❤️ Awsome Taste... Portions were well enough. Worth the money. Could recommend to anyone

I ordered the food from Uber eats, Food portion size is very small. One portion like a 1/3 portion. Very disappointed. Don’t do this to customers we are paying correct amount for portion.

Not recommended at all. I ordered a Charu’z kitchen special chicken burger and what I got was a burnt burger bun with a burnt thin patty and a withered salad leave. It was very poorly wrapped in a paper soaked with the sauce of the burger.
