This visit was a perfect example of how important it is to hire the correct staff, pay them well, and provide proper training. Horrible experience to say the least and never have I ever had such bad food at Checkers. Ordered apple pies. Staff was so lazy that they served old and cold pies. The person that accompanied me ordered ice cream and it was a poor and pathetic excuse of a cone. Looked nothing like the photo. To top everything off, the staff had poor attitude. If you do NOT want to be there, don't be there. If you are, do your job well. Is it too much to ask for a smile and gratitude for our patronage? Save yourself the trouble. GO somewhere ELSE!!! I asked for a Big Buford with Triple meat and got a Baconzilla with Triple Meat instead, the fries were soggy and not well cooked and the soda I got did not have an carbonation or sugar in it. Horrible service, horrible staff management. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got 3 different sandwiches with nothing marked and the bottom bun was actually broken in half. Some how the fries and burger was just cold. Don't expect hot food from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They hold my credit card over 30 minutes and ask them to have receipt with card back. Manager complained back to me, I have to wait till she gives my receipt and card. Furthermore, she reject to provide food even though I paid full monies to Checkers. As a result, I had to call police and the police came, then she gave me food. It was horrible experience I had on that night. Watch out these guys and be careful. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't go here if you want a milkshake. The machine is constantly broken and you have to sit through their long lines to find out. Chick-fil-A are better shakes anyway Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

** Edited: I truly appreciate the reply from the owner. This rating was not about the food since I, unfortunately, did not get to have any. It was solely based on the unexpected closure during posted business hours. I placed an order online at this location today. Order was ready for pickup at 12:10pm. I arrived around 12:15pm to find the restaurant completely empty. No signage saying they were closed. Cars in the drive-thru line just endlessly waiting. Two police officers even showed up and looked in the windows. Place was locked and completely empty. Terrible experience. Not only did I have to make other arrangements for lunch, I also had to take even more time out of my day to file a dispute with my credit card company for the charge, and complete a Checkers survey asking how my visit was. I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to it too. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Been going to checkers for years here south Florida. This checker never hits the mark Burgers look like and taste like they were cooked yesterday not juice dry . Rolls fall apart . Must be absentee owner no direction . Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
