Great place for the absolute meat lovers with a solid wallet We enjoyed the appetizers - ribs - shrimps - duck wings And different entrees - steak - lamb rack - chicken All were delicious What we would love to see for the 5th star - somewhere to hang your coat so it does not have to be on your chair and hang on the ground - transparency on wine and their prices. We were informed there was no wine list we could pick out any bottle from the shelf, like how would we know anything on that bottle - further transparency on prices when educating on the menu (items with MKt price ans specials) so peeps don’t have to ask for it Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We love Chef Dave’s! Another fabulous meal last night. We had a cozy table fabulous wine and a delicious mock tail with ginger and pineapple. We ordered the pork, carbonara special, and the filet. As well as the ribs to start (delicious with the perfect amount of sauce) and Cesar salad with generous Parmesan - so good. We also had the butterscotch dessert which was just a hint of butterscotch and perfect. We will return again, a great place for a romantic meal or to celebrate a happy occasion with friends!

We stopped by here on a rainy Tuesday on the way home. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and intimate. The food was outstanding. We had an appetizer, a burger, and the pork chop. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Chef Dave came out briefly and we shared our compliments. We’ll be back soon!👍

Went to Dave’s for dinner with my husband recently and we were both very impressed with everything. From the design, to the presentation of the dishes, to the flavor of everything… perfection! 👌🏼 You can tell that Dave only chooses the best ingredients. My husband and I each had two signature cocktails, the ribs and duck wings, the tomahawk steak with a side of fries, and the imported orange Greek cake with espressos. I would order it all again! Also, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The GM Helen does a great job and the bartender Antonio was very pleasant to talk to. Looking forward to visiting again! If you can embrace the underlying nature of this establishment, you will never forget it. The menu doesn't try too hard and the wait staff is happy to engage with what you need in your dish. Substitutions are discouraged but everyone we spoke with was happy to talk about what would work best for your needs. The steaks are cooked to the old school traditional levels. If you like rare, make sure you like it cold in the center, which I do. One of my favorite steaks in a very long while. If you expect medium rare to be anything close to pink, order it medium. Talk to your server about what you expect. The staff is wonderful. The cuts were wonderful. The seasoning perfect. What blew me away was the whiskey collection. And I do mean collection, not selection. You will not find the Pappys and BTACs here. You will find the deep cuts. The B-Sides that you never knew you needed. The online menu does not even touch the collection on hand. The cost is noticeable, but my goodness, so worth it. This is a place to discover things. Take note of the website. Not a place for large groups. Not a place for kids. This is an adult experience that embraces good food made the way it is supposed to be made with a bar and staff to back it up. I wanted to love this small, well-reviewed place. My wife has celiacs, and knowledge about what is gluten-free on the menu was lacking. After over an hour, our entrees were nowhere to be found. The chef overcooked the first steak, so he made a new one. Great, but that took another while. It took forever. The food was fine. And, after the hassle, nothing was taken off the bill. 1st time diner, but not the last. We were welcomed from friendly & very attentive staff. The food was excellent, but the drinks🍸 were to die for, especially the pear martini,which was highly recommended. Btwn my husband & I we had crab cakes & calamari for tje app. The tomahawk steak, asparagus,& potatoes, halibut & spinach, to end a mousee moussecake. It was all delicious, highly recommended. You might have to wait a little bit to get a reservation at Chef Dave's, but it is well worth the wait. Everything was top-notch from beginning to end. The staff was very polite and attentive. The food was amazing. The melt in your mouth ribeye steak was the best I have ever had its flavor was second to none, and the reduction sauce it was served with was nothing less than perfection. The salmon was a "10" and a friend said their pan seared halibut was fantastic. I also heard that the lemon roasted half chicken is better than Hammersley's was in its day. Another person said they had the smoked ribs, jerk duck wings along with the must have mac and cheese and all was excellent. To end the meal, we had wonderful coffee and shared the light and delicious orange cake imported from Greece. Such an awesome place!! Intimate and upscale without the feel of a big corporate restaurant. Helen was so nice and accommodating and Chef Dave came out to our table to talk to us and make sure we were enjoying our meal, which I will say was SPECTACULAR! Highly recommend!!
