First of all they do not serve water unlike every other restaurant 2nd the chairs feels like I’m sitting in a train uncomfortable like hell 3rd there was a cockroach running around the floor i mean like cleanliness lacks at this hotel i would suggest do not go here unless your trying to get sick 😷. I had tamilnadu style chicken biryani from here,It's big portions with an average taste. I would have recommended them to invest cost of quantity of food towards quality

Absolutely delightful experience at Chennai Express, Oman! The food was beyond delicious, especially the Ney Roast, Poori Masala, and the coffee. The Gulab Jamun was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The flavors were authentic, and the service was top-notch. Their tikka biryani (1.600 OR) is good, but the workers attitude is very cheap! I hate talking to them, I dunno if they want the restaurant to be for Indians only or what?? And one time I found a small lash hair on my dish, I told them to replace it and they refused! Then I asked for a free meal instead, again they refused!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

The only thing i would say us "if you need to have some chats, go ahead over here." Our nights cravings best place. Do visit them. Staffs are friendly. Order is fast. Toilet is clean. Place is hygienic. Serving is also good. Thank you. :-)
