Received this regular & gluten free cookies as a gift from someone who lives in Ohio. Best cookies we've ever had in our entire lives also the brownies are amazing! We live in Arizona but we will be ordering these cookies on a regular basis! Warning these cookies are addictive! You may need a 12 step program to be cured of the addiction!

I had an interview scheduled for this place for 2nd shift lead. I showed up for the interview, but this unprofessional company stood me up. They could have just cancelled instead of wasting my time and energy. It was a blessing in disguise after reading their reviews on indeed. Im an ideal employee and im great at what I do. Its their loss. I dont recommend this place at all. They have lost my service.

Let me start by saying what most have acknowledged…the cookies are delicious. Everything else surrounding the company sucks.
I discovered Cheryl’s when some were delivered to my workplace. I went to the website and saw that they offered cookie of the month subscriptions that are seasonally themed . Thought it would be cute to give them out to family and friends throughout the year. Here’s where everything went left. November I was supposed to get a leaf cut out cookie but I received sunflowers (September’s theme) and generic white circles. Called and was told they ran out of the leaf. Not sure how they ran out but ok; they refunded my money. December is here and I’m supposed to get a Christmas tree cut out. Guess what I got….September sunflowers. What I’ve learned is the subscribers get whatever they have left over which seems the opposite of how the product should be allocated. Now if you have to call customer service be prepared to deal with language barriers. It’s really unfortunate when a company has a great product but can’t seem to figure out logistics. I would not recommend them if you want something specific like I did. If you are open to the mystery surrounding what they will deliver then the flavor of the cookie is worth it.

I have used their “Celebration Passport” from 1800Flowers to order cookies and get free shipping for a year. Besides having an awful website that sets people up for failure and customer service that is laughable, their cookies are good.
This year, I knew I didn’t want to purchase the passport. So I called and canceled. One month later, I get an email reminding me that the auto-renewal will take place in the future. I call again and get email confirmation that I have canceled my renewal.
Imagine my surprise when I get a PayPal payment notification that I placed an order to be sent to a different address but using my name!? I called again and waited 20 minutes and was disconnected. I then used their texting method of customer service. Turns out, I didn’t make an order, it was just my Passport Renewal! They said they could take off $10 of my $30 charge and then give me $20 in free orders. I don’t WANT any orders.
I still don’t have any confirmation that the charge has been refunded.
Don’t do business with this company.
