This place got some legit chicken food! We ordered chicken sandwich and chicken over rice, both are their signature dishes. The fried crispy chicken was perfectly fried, with the combination of the dressing, cheese and veggies, makes you can’t stop eating until the last bite! Chicken over rice got a very big portion, with under $7, you can’t beat this!

The food looks good, but had very little spices and no flavour at all. We could not finish our food. However, the onion rings were good. Overall not recommended. I would rather spend 10$+ for lunch elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Oh my god ! This sandwich is so unbelievable. Chicken is so juicy and the tomato that I can tell u is very fresh. Best Food in 616 word. ^ ^ Try it trust me.

Love this place. Always a go to for me. A lot of food for cheap. Chicken Sandwich is always fantastic. Very flavorful and juicy especially with the special sauce. Chicken over rice is also great. Very flavorful and juicy. Waffle fries are above average. Never soggy and very good. Onion rings are very crisp and taste fresh. Service can be a bit slow but definitely worth the wait. Surprised this place isn't more popular.

We ordered the No.2 and No3. combos. Overall, this restaurant was super disappointing. The chicken was not crispy brown, it was squeaky and white on the outside. On the inside it was pink. Like straight pink. They might use dark meat because it tasted a little off - not really fresh. I ate half before I couldn't stomach it anymore. And the side of fries was more like a suggestion - we each got maybe 6 waffle fries and a few tiny pieces of broken waffle fries. The only good thing about this meal was the bun. If you want good, fresh, non-sketchy chicken and more than 6 waffle fries, go to Chick-fil-A or Wings Over. I wrote this same review on DoorDash.

Excellent chicken sandwich, chicken over rice, curry chicken... Everything chicken here is a winner. Make sure you get the waffle fries with sauce too. Appreciate the fact that they take the time to make your food right then and there... It's worth the wait. This is a truly unique eatery in this town and so much better and personable than any chain could hope to be.

Don’t normally write too many reviews but this place was really bad. I got the chicken over rice and the rice was hard and undercooked. There was not much spices used and was very bland. Not sure if this place was good back a couple years ago but it is not good right now. I don’t think the employee really cares about the food Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Maybe my delivery order was the last one last night. But the chicken wings were no near any of the photos Ike shown in the review. Missing one sauce (received two) and chicken on rice was, well, literally chicken sauce! Lol!! A few lettuce pieces in one corner w/ rice at the bottom, chicken on top and very little white sauce, which was barely there. I’m a chicken lover, so gave 2 stars considering it was a late night order, but it would’ve be maybe 1 stars if it was a day tine order. I love chickens and there are only couple of other true chicken places in State College, so maybe I will try again during day time.

I do not normally write reviews however, this seems necessary. The chicken tasted like rubber and the sandwich crumbled apart very easily. After I ate this sandwich, I felt sick and disgusting for the rest of the day. Also, after eating the sandwich, I noticed the worker was not wearing gloves as he prepared food for other customers. I do not see myself coming here again.
