I always feel kind of silly for posting fast food reviews. But I gotta give credit where it's due! This Chick-fil-A location is awesome! It's one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. Service is ALWAYS great. The employees here are so nice and friendly. Also, they are FAST. I never have to wait in the lobby or at the drive-thru for too long, even when there are a lot of cars ahead of me. They are very efficient. During the COVID-19 pandemic their curbside pick-up is likewise efficient and convenient. The restaurant is always clean. Food quality is always good and consistent, especially compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. Feeling really lucky that this location is my go-to and closest to home! Unfortunately, this particular location has left out items entirely or given the wrong items in our order numerous times. We have called to let a manager know, some have refunded, some said they would but never did, and other times no one even returns a phone call. The staff is too busy joking around and on their phones whether the restaurant is very busy or not busy at all. The food is typically decent. Overall, the service is the worst part of our experiences each time if it’s drive through, delivery by CFA, or pick up. Dine in is fine and staff is very polite and helpful inside but managers lack in correcting issues. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Good location. They offer chili lime pepitas on the spicy southwest salad. 🥗 (not all locations do). They had a kids' night that had coloring, and a cow came out and visited with the kids. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We love dining with Chick-Fil-A. However, this location tends to mess up more frequent than any other location we have eaten at. My wife ordered a regular 8-Piece nugget and we got Marks 12-piece grilled nugget. I’m sorry Mark, hopefully you do not have celiac like myself. If you’re going to have your food delivered from this location, good luck. Also, good luck with trying to contact somebody at the store. We have tried, tried, and tried. All we get is sent to voicemail and that is pointless, given that we have left a voicemail in the past with no return call. Again, we love eating here. Just be careful when ordering delivery! I do not often go to Chick fil A because it has turned into a traffic and wait nightmare. Since the move in Lawrenceville it is just not worth it. So I received a gift card for Christmas and a free brownie for my birthday. Use it, right? I did. After battling the awful traffic to cross I-85 and turn left in n high traffic at a light. Yadda etc. I go through drive thru, not a busy time of day, so no wait Yay! I try to use up my gift card knowing I won't be back soon but I have a bit left after I order so I place another order. The drive thru was a bit off on waiting but I get my bags and leave. Then realize I didn't get my 2nd order. I barely eat fast food let alone chic fa la A but everytime I come to this location it's always something. Today is the first day ever I ordered Mac an cheese from the establishment. I'm not sure what they call Mac an cheese but I had more blocks of cheese then noodles. Needless to say I won't get that again. I'll stick to the nuggets. Last time I got their chicken sandwhich part of it was like dark grey almost black. I'll stick with making my own food. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This location sucks! Whoever the manager is must suck at managing/training employees. They are ALWAYS forgetting 1 or more items. Also, they don’t know how to read as they always give the wrong nuggets I ordered. I saw another review mention about the chicken soup always missing chicken and I agree too.
