Allegedly, In my opinion you Don't even think of working here, in my experience they won't take the time to set up direct deposit, and no matter what forms you fill out they won't file federal withholding so you'll be left with a huge tax bill! Mines just over $600 this year! In my experience there seemed to be a very high turnover rate, even for fast food, employees on the whole don't seem to feel cared for by management but the management, in my opinion, smile and tell the employees how valued they are... That is when they aren't belittling them. If you're studying psychology, you might find it fascinating, but likely not somewhere you'll want to stay. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best CFA’s around! On my birthday they called and offered me a free meal which I had never had happen before. Never met a bad employee and always love my experience. Will make it a point to come to this location again! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Literally the worst slowest Chick Fil A I've ever been to. And no one ever has answers for anything. Don't place a mobile order because you will still be waiting for 20 minutes for your order. Your best bet would be to go to the one on 820 and Clifford.. I've never had an issue there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I gave this location 4 chances and everyone has been miserable 😩! There is nothing worse than ordering 1 thing and getting the total opposite! The last straw was my breakfast this morning! Ordered a Spicy chicken biscuit and it was no where near spicy! It’s a small detail! But very annoying I won’t be eating at this location again! Food: 1

Very disappointed in how slowly the drive through line has been moving. I came out of the way to go to this location thinking it would be faster since it’s near my apartment but it has taken over 15 minutes to get through a few cars in line. There really isn’t a point to the mobile order because it takes just as long to pick it up as ordering in person. I’m told to pull forward and wait for my order which is one single breakfast sandwich. This is very poor service and definitely not in line with chick fil a’s standard across the board. Ordered an ice cream cone and shake and was in the line for about 15mins which is not typical for this fast food restaurant. When I got to the window they handed me the ice cream cone all melted and didn’t even replace it. There was no structure in there and no authority to take place and tell workers how to better attend to customers. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Beware of hair. Twice in the last year received food with hair in it. First was on a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and last week was in a southwest salad (photos). Sent a comment to customer service via the app and did not receive any response. Called the restaurant immediately after my wife bit into the hair to let them know to spot check whoever was working salads to prevent another black hair in food incident and they did not seem to care. Most Chik-fil-As the food is usually good and customer service solid. Not here. Biting into hair is not appetizing. I’d like a refund for my family’s meal during this visit. 11/11/23 Well I unfortunately had to return to this location and it seems that things got worse. I don’t understand the reason behind having two lanes if it takes just as long as 1. Every other location I can honestly say has had great rapid service. I don’t think there’s any hope for this one. The food has always been good but the speed of its service continues to decline. This photo was taken after 17 minutes in line. I’ve been to others, and none make you wait nearly as long as this one. Wow where do I begin. I had to wait 30 mins on a Friday at 2:30 and it wasn’t busy. The lady taking the order I think has diminished hearing as I had to repeatedly shout my order which she still got wrong. I felt like an idiot. Lastly I have no idea what this was inside my sandwich but it smells disgusting. So I wasted $10 as it tainted it.
